My outgoing is barred after submitting the documents, I've submitted my documents in counter # 8 on 18th on Monday at 1:30 PM after spending 3 hours in the store, It was promised to me that my services will be activated by 8Pm on the same day but the service was not activated so raised a complaint in forum and the service was activated on 19th which is on Tuesday. Again starting from Wednesday i started receiving messages from DOCOMO stating i need to submit my documents so called customer service and spoke to the escalation officer Geetha who informed that the issues will be take care but still the issue continued so called customer service again and spoke with Jayanthi who is a escalation officer from Kormangala customer service branch, she promised that the issue will be taken care but on Monday Midnight my services are barred again and received a message to submit the documents again. Please tell me why do i need to submit my documents again? why was the issue not taken care? if you have lost the documents provided by me then you need come and collect the documents from the place where i stay. And on priority my services should be activated.
