I am Jaynish Shah from Surat.I am using prepaid connection of BSNL.Last saturday on 1.00 p.m. there was a call from BSNL call center the number is 07926309497 I was very busy at that time but I received call when I knew this call call is from BSNL I just cancel it & after few seconds there was sms on my cell from BSNL "thank you for subscribinb monthly hindu devotional service" and Rs.20 is charged from my account.I have made minimum 5 calls for complain but they just say that we will reply you in few hours or 24 hours stillthere is no reply.Please kindly reply me.

Dear sir my name is Radheshyam some time back when I had purchased broadband i got one cellone sim card free worth Rs.250/- free. I did not use it till six month. recently when I tried recharge I could not recharge. now I want use it and I am going to recharge it. kindly activate it . My cellone number is 9449685150

I am from Rajkot and received call today from the same number 07926309497, but I cancelled it immediately after hearing words like "You have a trouble in your life..." and I was thinking that such type of unnecessary calls are the biggest trouble now a days which costs some money to users.

anyway, doesn't make any sense to call the person if he has not subscribed/permitted to such service.

I had a sim-card of Vodafone/Hutch and I am no longer using it because of such type of forceful service. But...

I am Arun from Mahoba(UP-E).I am using prepaid connection of BSNL.They have subscribed Hindu Devotional Service and Soccer Alert on my mobile without any prior information and for that I have been charged respectively 20 + 30 rs per month.Please look into my matter and tell me what can i do against BSNL.

i haven't applied for any value added service in your network service for my number . even though i have received a message from no.56505005.for deducting rs 5 from my balance.

I am Shikha Chugh from Surat,Gujarat. I am using prepaid connection of BSNL. Today at 3:54 pm i just recieved a call from BSNL call center (567000101000) saying that I have completely subscribed for a caller tune request from BSNL. I just cancel it & after few seconds there was sms on my cell from BSNL "thank you for subscribing 10 days for caller tune service and Rs.10 is charged from my account.I was not knowing what was wrong with them my balance got deduced on its own without my subscription. Then after some time a message came from the same no. saying "dear subsciber your song change request is successful,rs 12 have been charged for song. I have made minimum 5 calls for complain but they just say that we will reply you in few hours or 24 hours still there is no reply.Please kindly help me .
It just deduced all the balance from my account without my subscription or any call and now my balance is just rs 0.870. I think these companies have now found a new way of looting people other than their call service.PLEASE DO REPLY ME AND HELP ME!
