Bsnl has the worst service.

    Thumbs down Bsnl has the worst service.

    15 days back i purchased a new bsnl prepaid SIM and its been more than five days its not working and before that i also had the same kind of problem bearing no:- 94784-90266. Network coverage is full but it always demands to select network OR shows emergency calls only. when i do search for networks, cellone is there but when i select Cellone, the error comes ,Forbidden network. Kindly please sort out my problem as soon as possible.

    One of the worst service ever... they don't care about their customers about what they complain or what they do.... They do provide service faster.. they don't repair faulty lines even weeks after complaining..i waited for months for my line to get fixed and after a week i got the same problem... Please... if you are planning to go for bsnl bb or landline.... STOP RIGHT NOW... there are other service provides which are as cheap as this one with better service....

    Default Worst service and ill response from BSNL Siliguri

    I stayed in a house coming under AshramPara telephone exchange at siliguri. The exchane got shifted to a new building and a cable short accident(Blamed Aircel by BSNL officials) caused disruption in the service for more than a month in December, January, 2011. However bill was sent and I paid up. In the mean time, I have shifted my house in February-2011 and submitted an application in the middle of February to shift my phone from my old house to new house which is about 200m. For this work I was advised to meet the Ashrampara Exchange from Siliguri main.

    Many days the exchange phone was not responded. When I personally gone to the exchange, the place was in locked condition and no one could be found to even enquire. In my second visit in a noon, the case was same. But again around 4pm, I have visited the exchange but I could find a person, caught unaware. He was from a deep sleep and with great difficulty, he could answer that the office closes at 3pm for complaints and provided me with another telephone number of JTO. In the mean time, twice, I have visited the main telephone exchane, but the status was same. Again, nex day, I could speak to the JTO over phone and get a clarification that he had disconnected the line and it is up to the new exchange to reconnect it, which is the main exchange. In the mean time, I had contacted GM's office at Siliguri and placed a complaint after a month. But the personal secretary to GM advised me to contact the DE and provided his mobile number. When I contacted, he said he was outside the city and offered an another phone number of AE(Mr. Deb) who would take care of the problem. When I contacted from my phone for the first time, I could speak to him about the case. He informed me in about a week the connection would be re established and accordingly sent a person to visit the location of the house in few days. Even after a week passed now, no respose from the depertment. Now, whenever, I make call, there is no response from Mr. Deb.
    Kindly advise how can I handle this people? Can I sue? in consumer court for my mental agony? In the last f year, I have wasted 3 CL's fully for this work. What is the further remedy? I want this type of problem should not reccur to another customer under BSNL! I don't wish to run away? from this service but to correct the service.

    I purchased an Xperia Arc on the 5th of last month. I am from kerala and using a 64k Airtel simcard in the handset last week I just inserted my BSNL 3G sim in the hand set and really shocked to see that the Handset shows no service for BSNL on a fully coverage area i tried another BSNL sim same problem for my satisfaction I got the sim replaced from BSNL still no use. Later on I made a reaseach with other providers sim and noticed that BSNL,Idea, Vodafone, Videocon all had 32k sim and that work in the hand set where as Airtel, Tatadocomo, Relaince, Aircel,Uninor, who had got 64K sims works perfectly on the handset. I got the set checked with the Sony Ericsson service centre they told me that BSNL sim shows signal some times but wont work and they had got no idea about this. I collected the hand set back since the set i working on 64k sim. I tried a software reinstallation but no use. I went the nearest customer care centre of BSNl the executive doesn't show any interest to my query just asked me to fillup a form with a copy fo my Id card and game ame a old model 32k sim inlieu of my 3G sim with a comment what ever is your plan it will work in this sim. I just wondered the why customer care centre people are not trained to handle problem of customers? My Mob.No.is 9400326868 and I visited the Customer care centre of BSNl at Chinnakkada in Koolam Dist Kerala State last week

    Unhappy Bsnl braodband service complaint

    It has been an year after getting my broadband but this time it has become worse my broadband service had fell down from a speed of 220 kbps to 31kbps in a plan of 900 per month all of a sudden. When i complaint this in the BSNL office the said that ur computer might be affected from virus , as they said i scanned by PC 2 times but there was no spot of virus. I said again they answered we just see......... the server service some..... DSL service bla bla bla. But we cant control the speed.
    It`s just irritating they sucks man it`s the biggest mistake of my life by choosing BSNL broadband service.......
