This was my first purchase from Mobile Stores.

It is really a disgusting experience. They provide many offers which they cannot even fulfill.

I recently purchased Samsung Duos on 21st Dec., 2012 with a 5% cash back offer, after many calls to those people I have still not received intimation nor any Cashback from their end.

Would suggest anyone who reads it not to purchase anything from Mobile store.

This is to bring to your kind notice that I had purchased a cell phone.(samsung Ace Duos SCH1589)
from The Mobile Store , City Centre Salt Lake - 1 on 29.03.2012

The store salesmen ,dis not make aware me, of the ongoing schme of 8.5% discount
on Sumsung models.And on an aftersale visit to acquire the "Samsung mobile cover" as committed
by them, they refused to have said so and instead offered some cheap local mobile cover.

I hope you will take the required action ageinst this default at the earliest and fulfil
the commitment so made.hometa

I had placed this order on 7th may, still the mobile is not delivered. I have written to the email which bounces back as it is full. Their customer care number is always switched off. The money has been taken from my account.
