    Trust me its the same thing that happend to me as well , i booked a phone online around 10th of March and still havent got delivery nor refund... everytime i call them they just say complaint is with the complaints department and they dont have an update .... i ordered online after seeing that this is an essar company...now i know what to expect from them.

    Luckily i ordered a nokia 1200 which was for 860 rs to check their responsiveness...... not the Nokia 5800 which i was planning to buy.

    Default Cash Back offer cheater- The mobile store

    Mobile Store cheated me with cash back offer. I purchased mobile and i got 5% cash back as per the scratch card, after several reminders by mail or phone i did not get any response from mobile store. They are reluctant to response. Very sad and poor service from mobile store.
    Please don't rely on the mobile store. I recommend not to purchase any mobiles or services from mobile store. They are cheaters.

    Default Installation and demo done by a person who does not know English.

    I have Invested my money on a multi national company Like samsung by buying a Front load washing machine for 18490.00 INR.

    The company representative who came to do installation and demo , didnt know English which left me and my family into a mess in the house trying to understand what he says.

    How Do such a branded company , keep officials who do not know any of the official language used in india.

    This is the case happened in Chennai. I know english , hindi and bengali. And The person who came representing Samsung only knew Tamil.

    I atleast expected an official who can converse in English. This is very annoying and unsatisfying service that I have recieved from Samsung as a company.

    I need an apology from Samsung company for putting us through this Unsatisfying and poor service.

    Red face mobile store ageny should have etiquettes and positive attitude

    I bought LG KS 660 on 02/5/2010 from The Mobilr Stores Ltd, G-7&8, J S Arcade, Sec 18, NOIDA (tel 0120-6470003) for Rs.8399/- vide cash receipt No.UP/01051/00001/6596. The agent who sold the mobile to me was one Mohit Kumar of above Mobile Store. This LG touch screen mobile did not work properly and after 02 days I went to the shop to replace it but it my request was rejected. Again on 17 May 2010 when the screen of this mobile displaying nothing, I contacted the mobile store. The agent Mohit Kumar( Mobile No.9873135396) assured me to repair it on free of cost. When nothing was heard from the above mobile store/agent, I approached them on 20 May 2010 and the Mobile Store incharge asked me to pay Rs.1350/- if I am interested in its repair. I was shocked to hear what he said and tried to convince him but he refused to listen saying that the touch screen has been damaged by me. This kind of behaviour from the staff of above mobile store does not give a good image of the mobile store.Please try to settle the issue and arrange to replace a new mobile to me at the earliest.     Default frauding to customers for specific handsets

    Hello Sir,

    I had visited some branches of "The Mobile Store" in West delhi to purchase Micromax X116 model but all executives there refused to give that handset and they forced to purchase the higher range models. I know this model has not been discontinued and still in manufacturing.
    I want to ask Why customers are being forced to take model which is shooting their pocket or budget.Not good anyways.
    Please help me to get deliver the above handset in West delhi locations like sagarpur,janakpuri .

    Default Cheating and False committment leading to consumer harrassment

    Dear Mobile Store Team

    I have brought Nokia E 72 mobile from EDM mall in Delhi ( near anand vihar ISBT) on 23rd May 2010.

    When I went in there I asked them at what price they will buy back my old phone to which they said 2500 rs. I told that I do not have the accessories with me right now and I will come back.

    But they insisted that it is not a problem and they will send their person to collect the same from my home in Pitam Pura. I also confirmed that I needed to transfer contacts from my old cell to new cell which they confirm that they will do that.

    Based on trust I first paid Rs. 15200 to them. Later on they kept me waiting for 1 hr and said they could not transfer the contacts and requested me to take the old phone back.

    They again committed that you transfer the contacts yourself at home and pay us additional 2000 rupees and we will send our representative tomorrow (24th May 2010) to collect the old phone and give back the 2000 rupees.
    I again trusted them and paid 2000 rupees. (I have the bank statements and bills to prove the financial transactions). But despite repeated phone calls no body has turned up.
    Ther person to whom I was talking to is Mr. Sunil - 09953590637 and Mr. Sachin - 09910595958. I request you to please take the matter and I no longer want to deal with mobile store anymore.
    So I demand full refund of money i.e Rs. 17,200 on immediate basis as I have been cheated and harassed by the mobile store team.

    with due respect telling ,,,,i am describing a very very bad experience with ''THE MOBILE STORE''. I purchased a''' NOKIA 5233''' in--7.6.2010 ,evening after 6.30 p.m.In the time of purchasing one of sales stuff told me ,,if the mobile face any kind of problem with in 48 hours,they must change this .but i am facing a big problem after purchasing hour.the problem is when i am speaking in my mobile no body cant hear me.when i report this problem in this branch{golpark,kolkata} with in 48 hours,,,branch members badly avoid all previous matters of talking with them....and till this date from 7.6.2010 ...i am in a fmcg company name priya pickles ,,,if the mobile store want to know what is actual service pls. come in our office.our company thought to purchase 50 hand set [mobile]from the ;;mobile store;; but after happning this ,all cancelled. pls, take a valuable step aganist this matter other wise prepare to see your company in grass route level.

    Next day when she took it to her school , two of her colleagues pointed out that they have had the same handsets from NOKIA PRIORITY/ Other Authorized Nokia Dealers with a free gift of PHILIPS HEADPHONE. I myself confirmed it from other NOKIA outlets.

    Next when I went back to the mobile store outlet to inquire why they have not given me the free Philips Head Phone , the store The sales person told me that - such option was only available at the cost of Rs. 5899.i.e Rs 1000/- more.

    I know this is not true. The same set I available with this free gift even now in all other nokia outlets at Rs 4897

    Thereafter, on 17 June 2010 I lodged a complaint in their website complaint option. Next they asked me to furnish details of the MOBILESTORE outlet, Invoice no etc.,which I immediately furnish. They wrote back saying that this is being forwarded to their concerned deptt. But till date no action.

    Can you please help me , as we feel very embarrassed and cheated.

    Default Mobile Store Complaint

    Respected Sir/Madam,
    I had purchased a Samsung mobile with model "Samsung Omnia Pro" from The Mobile Store, Thakkar Mall, Borivali (W), Mumbai branch on 24/01/2010.I was provided a blue tooth headphone along with the mobile.

    The blue tooth headphone was defective, hence I immediately returned it at your store.
    Your staff member, Mr. Arul convinced me saying they would immediately replace it and provide me a new headphone soon.
    However it has been more than 6 months now and I have still not received any replacement.
    Apart from this every time I visit your store at Borivali (W) your staff's attitude is completely hostile and they are not at all helpful. They always keep telling me that I need to wait and they would call back but till date I have not received any response from them.
    I have received several calls from your customer care saying they will provide a replacement soon but till date there is no action.
    The same people who had convinced me about the Brand, Trust, Reliability and Faith of "The Mobile Store" have suddenly turned hostile once the money was paid by the customer and the mobile purchased.

    In today's competitive market environment where companies try to retain their market share by providing quality service to the customers and keep them satisfied, I find "The Mobile Store" as a sharp contrast where customers are completely neglected and being cheated. I am surprised to such a behaviour from a company that has brought revolution in the mobile retail business and and won Global accolades for the same.

    Such an attitude of your staff is definitely tarnishing the image of a Global brand.

    Finally to much of my frustration I am writing this mail to you.
    I hope you look into this matter with urgency and take the required steps without any need for further escalations.

    Looking forward to your cooperation in resolving my grievance.

    I purchased one Samsung Corby Set for my friend on which there was assured gift as said by one of the Mobile store dealer but till now i didnt receive any sort of gift or information regarding this issue.
    wat shuld i do next ...
    i m fedup of the folow up n lengthy processing whcih i hav to do several times .i hav already given all details regardg this complaint to ur Dealer in Ahmedabad but till now i didnt get apositive response from him....
    I have given my Mobile IMEI no too which is 358039/03/640004/8 .
    and my previouss details regardg complain was
    This is to inform you with great dissatisfaction towards your service of giving assured gift with buying mobile from The Mobile
    Store outlet (Shop No-36,Sarjan-2, New C.G. Road,Ahmedabad .Phone-079 65443415).
    The stipulated time to receive your gift voucher is within 45 days
    once the customer has courier the photocopy of the Mobile Bill statement along with the cheque of amount Rs 100.
    But I haven't got any intimation or message regarding the gift voucher and not received any gift till now.
    The courier has been done by me throuh DTDC (Suyug Complex,New C.G. Road,opp Swagat-3,Chandkheda,Ahmedabad .

    Default Horrible Service - Mobile Store Wadala (cancelled buying Samsung Wave after paying)

    Wadala (W) Mobile Store is only a few building from my residence. The last time I went to check if Samsung Wave would be available, I also had a few questions to ask about some reasonable phones that I wanted to buy and a special number that I also wanted to order if they could make it available. They said Samsung Wave would be in anytime. Then it seems I was getting a feeling that they did not want to entertain me because I had some good number of questions to ask. I went again (today - after about 2 weeks) because I wanted to buy Samsung Wave. They quoted Rs 17890 and the discounted price as Rs 17500. I told them to match the price of someone else. They wene not able to and finally quoted Rs 17400. Even then I was a paying a few 100 Rupees higher but did not want to wait for some reasons because I wanted to give the phone to someone else. They said if I give Rs 100 and book it, they can call for it from somewhere else (or from other store). I accepted and they said I can wait for 30 minutes. I was getting late and said would collect it in the evening since it was close to my house. Then I received a call in the evening that my phone had come. I reached the store at 8:30 pm to collect it and gave my credit card. They said we still needed some confirmations and were calling a few too many places. Surprisingly they ask me to speak to the same person who had quoted the price over the phone after making me wait for about 10 / 15 mins, who had the audacity to tell me only Rs 200 will be reduced from the actual price.

    I demanded my Rs 100 back and left furiously. I must The Wadala (W) Mobile Store is one of the worst I have come across. Business can be a lot simpler.

    1. What were they doing for 5 hours after I paid Rs 100? Could they not give me that information over the phone?
    2. If I would have denied buying, would I have received the Rs 100 back? In that case, why did they not finish the deal / order if they had taken the money in spite that they had made a mistake. And I do not even this think that was a mistake because they just seemed to kill my time so that I get furious and leave and they would not have to sell it
    3. I had to sit on their computers to get the product knowledge. I spent a little over 30 mins in the afternoon to finalise that deal. No information on Samsung Mobile was available and I was also going to pay a higher price for it simply because it was close to my house
    4. I had also asked for an 8 GB card at Rs 1000, which they had not even been ordered
    5. The staff is just not hospitable. Product knowledge is one part which is lacking. Besides, the most important, I am sure this store would not be doing well since they are averse to providing information unless they believe the customer has money. Or I am made to believe that they do not want customers only - they are just doing time pass

    Ridiculous it is. I hope you change. Bigger companies in this industry should not be setting such examples. I wanted to give this phone to my father and he had never used a phone which is more than Rs 5000. I simply lost the opportunity and the enthusiasm. Mobile Store will never understand this.

    I am going to write to Samsung (and even other Companies). I write a blog too. I will never recommend Mobile Store to anyone. I always knew they seem they are the smartest since I have had my experiences in the other stores too. But this can of treatment seems absolutely uncalled for. Person's name is Sam there

    Default memory card missing

    Dear sir,I am from chennai,I bought the mobile from mobile store,it was around 9.30 pm,they bought it from somewhere,they opened the box and just told me everything is there.,but when i went home memory card was not there.they didn;t show me the demo as it was late night.the shop is located in madipakkam channai,code no is 1423.
    they are speaking in filthy language and cheated me,i called customer care,they only listened what the manager venkatesh told and no body has taken action on him i spent more than 1000's to get tis memory card by speaking to mumbai

    iam jagishwar singh mahil from halwara near Ludhiana iam purchasing one sim from Ludhiana mobile store after 24 hour iam still waiting for activation of my sim. before purchasing the sim mobile store,s told me your sim should me activate at night. iam giving the ring to mobile store they tell your sim will activate tomorrow up to 12:00 noon. but still iam waiting for activation. mobile store members make the fool to costumers.
