Dear Sir,
I purchased 6303 classic Nokia phone 3 years back.After one year it started showing problems and a few days back it completely stopped functioning.I showed this to customer care and i was told that the problem is due to software malfunctioning.I was also told of the same problem happening for many phones of same model and personally saw similar cases and met the owners with the same problem.In all cases it is factory default and non-curable.Now I would like to know what options are there for the loyal customers of Nokia who purchased the 6303 classic model out of sheer trust on the company and the product.The company should have called back this model from the market or inform the customer about the technical fault.By not doing so either way,i believe it amounts to violating customer rights, which i am sure,a renowned brand would not like to do.

Please tell me what i should do to get a proper replacement.I am waiting for a positive response from the people concerned.
