Please have a look and take action soon.
1. The Problems started coming up within one month of my purchase. The cell phone hanged up again and again. I had to repetitively switch it ON/OFF in order to get it back in operating condition.
2. Although I tolerated that but after that I faced a major problem and quite a ridiculous one, this one was regarding the NUMBER MISMATCH one. Here is a True Example… One evening my Boss called me up (his name is Mr. Hari Om) my phone displayed the name of one my friend (naming Asif), I received the call saying some slang words (as one usually do with friends). My boss was annoyed because of such a stupid mistake of my phone. After the call when I checked up whether I have made any wrong phonebook entry, I found everything was alright; It was totally an error of the mobile or the software. So, I went to an authorized service centre of Samsung and told them the problem, they said the phone needs to be formatted, I said OKAY, I will backup my data and will give you the phone. Now when started creating the backup on my PC using the Samsung PC suite, it showed me an error that the mobile device is not registered and not supported. That was quite a **** (I don’t want to say that word).
Now, any how I created a backup of all my (around 500) phone book entries laboriously one by one into my memory card because in this nice handset which I unfortunately bought up there is no option of selecting all the phone book entries in one go.
So I went back to the service centre got my phone formatted (software reinstalled) .
3. After around 3 months the phonebook NUMBER MISMATCH problem started up again. I went to the service centre again; they said it needs to be formatted again. I connected my phone to the PC for data transfer through (MASS STORAGE), after backing up the data of the phone memory, I safely removed my phone from the PC to backup up phonebook entries, the phone switches off automatically and when I try to turn it back ON it displayed a number in red color on the top of the screen (the number is 18000007) and is hanged up there, when I try to turn it off I am unable to do that too….. Finally I had to remove my battery to switch it off.
And I have lost all my data of schedules and tasks and the phonebook entries gone.... which costed me much more than this silly phone.
AND the samsung customer care just want to get rid of the issue without actually solving it properly,Last edited by zach1988; 01-31-2012 at 04:55 PM.

Adding to my complaint which I posted earlier. The samsung service centre in Indore don't even recheck the device before returning as I when I went to the service center for receiving my phone, I found that the keypad was not functioning... Which made me laugh at the executive.....
So poor service by Samsung......

i'm not sending the meg. my problem is no msg sent because I have changed the sch w 259 Samsung mob. (msg box in) service senter no.
