Sir,

I recenlty purchased SAMSUNG GT- E2652 model phone. this phone is not working as a modem to connect internet on PC. though in support section of SAMSUNG website for this mobile ICM ( Internet Connection Manager - tethering) is gievn but it does not work. I talked to SAMSUNG technical Support team member and he told that this mobile is not capable of worikng as a modem. when i asked him that then why ICM is provided in software support section for this particular mobile then he told he by mistake the website is showing ICM for this mobile.

Now my main requirement is not getting fullfilled and i am feeling cheated. I want that SAmsung should take this mobile back and should give me the set will has ability to work as modem. Samsung people told that I should talked to them before purchasing mobile. But, if they have given ICM on their website so how the question of asking will arise in mind....

I expect from consumer court that they will help me in order to get my mobile replced with having capability of working as a modem
