Dear Sir,

Today a total of Rs 210 Got deducted from my prepaid account for downloading games from wap.in.samsungmobile.com, which I didn't download.

I was only browsing the site. And on clicking the icons they gave the option to download, to which I said NO. Still the money was deducted from my account. Today my phone balance is zero, and I am not able to make any calls.

Deducting this amount is not ethical as I haven't downloaded any of your games on my phone. I request you to process my refund request for Rs 214.
