HI Reliance CDMA Software Team/Consumer Court,

I am reliance CDMA user and complaining regarding software problem in recharge when I was recharge 40 Rs. amount in main balance but at my number already 599 plan was activated including(24 hrs STD + Local R to R free and 30 minutes daily to others subscriber for one month) but my 40 Rs. Recharged as a offer that including(200 min. free R to R) that is totally useless for me because I have already a offer for whole month R to R free offer.
So due to this I had much loss due to this software fault, please compensate me.
and Reliance software team need to validate when user have already super offer activated then sub offer should not active on that recharge and validate with Proper Message(Need strong validation).

So its my request to update this validation in your software and do the needful as well.
