I had visited the Nokia care "Mobile Super Market Complex" Shop No.1 & 2, Hotel Zoom complex, Industrial Area-2, Ludhiana-141003 for the reapir of my mobile E63 under warranty for the problem of not charging. The execuive said that a part is damage and we had to change it and being the part is damaged you have to pay for it. I agreed and the part has been changed for Rs.1200/-. After a week the phone go hanged and i again visited the nokia care centre they check the set without any attending slip and told that the USB part is my damaged and it is not possible to update the software and the phone could not be repaired even it is under warranty. I go to chandigarh Nokia care center and the said that a part has been scratched and due to this the mobile software is not upgraded. I told i had repair the same from Nokia Care then the hesitate and said that we cant update the software you can get it update from other local market. I contacted Mr. Sharma Cell No.998880044 for teh said problem and there is no response. Now i want a solution for the Nokia for the set under warranty and got damaged at Nokia Care negligence end.
