I bought a samsung mobile Model No. GT-B7300 (windows mobile) from a samsung authorised dealer in the month of September, 2010.

Recently on 31.1.2011, my phone got locked. I was told by the dealer to go to SRS telecom services in Kalkaji - authorised service center of Samsung company to get the phone unlocked.

In SRS Telecom, Kalkaji I was told that the phone has to be formatted and the entire data on the mobile will go. I accepted, as I have no other alternative.

After I got my phone unlocked, a new problem has come up. The problem is with sms. if i press 'a' the adjacent button responds. with the result giving sms through my mobile has increasingly become difficult.

The following is the reply from Samsung everytime i write to them.
