i had purchased a new Samsung wave S5253 and it had software problems in it so i went to the service center and they told that they will change or reset the software and they did so but still was facing more problems than before so i gave it back to them, then they reseted the phone and then again the phone started hanging so they told me that they will change the motherboard of the phone . it has been 13 days since my phone is with them and from past three days i have been coming back rejected from the service center at Jodhpur, as they had not written the imei no. on my mobile now they re telling they are going to send it to Jaipur, and i am troubled by this regular delay in servicing my phone.
