I bought a nokia xpress music mobile last year and just after one year of waranty got over the moile started giving phone boot problem, contact the retailer, i gave the mobile for repairing in nokia care center and the mobile was sent to Delhi head quarter for servicing, but the mobile was sent back to me unrepaired saying it cannot be rectified after investing a heavy amount on the mobile they are giving lame reasons to hide their fault, this is unacceptable, nokia people had cheated me, its a software issue and they are not at all bothering to repair it, please take some strict action on this and suggest me what to do.
