i bought sony ericsson spiro (w100i) on 4th of nov 2010!
my mobile started hanging and restarting within few hours, and the prob is still continued.
on 8th nov i went to the dealer telling him the problem as it was only 4th day after buying the fone, he should have to replace the mobile as per the rule!
he refused to do so!
i went to the service centre for updation of my software but nothing happened.
what to do now?
i want my mobile to get changed.
