I had purchased a motorola w 375 mobile from hot mall shoppee, delhi. Within five months there was a regular beep and they changed the battery. Now for the past 3 weeks the phone is not working properly and the a error message is showing most of the time “ invalid sim” .
When the mobile was given to the service centre, they told me that there is some problem in the main board of the mobile phone and it has to be changed change at a cost of rs 2000.
I have a question that why should i pay rs 2000/- even if my mobile phone is under warrant period. Please advise me.
