Dear Sir,

I purchased a mobile from hot spot, after purchasing i went to gaffar market for mobile software, they installed many software like mobile games, movies, wall papers and many more things in just 100/- , i paid them but after installing the software my phone starts hanging, I showed to the some mobile engineer near to my house and he told me that the software are infected from viruses, I just want to know that i want to take the gaffer shopkeeper to the consumer court, because the are installing the viruses on the customer mobile and after that they charged to clean the mobile viruses, They are also selling poor quality mobiles to the consumers and even they do not give any bill to the customers.

Kindly take a strong action against them, they are making fool of indian consumer.
