I bought a mew micromax q2 mobile on 14-3-10 in tirunelveli Univercell mobiles.
in this mobile i have a problem.
1. in this mobile i am not able to install any softwares

i bought a micromax 300G datacard.In starting it gives the speed of 300Kbps download speed.i use bsnl sim.
but in present time it gives only the speed of 35-40Kbps only and one another problem also that sometime it doesn't detect on computer.my datacard is in warranty period.When i go to the shopkeeper and define my problem then shopkeeper says me some problem in your computer i check my computer but nothing have been found.I also check in my hp laptop but same problem show's.Please help me what can i do?

some micromax doesnt support some features.............
