Sir/Madam,
My mobile (W810i) had some software problems & the mobile showed only white
display. I took my mobile to the Sony Ericsson service center on 24/11/09 &
got it repaired on 27/11/09 (see the attached bill). The only mistake i did
was that i didn't check the mob with a SIM card inserted & neither the
customer care person had checked the same. On reaching home, when i inserted
my SIM, it showed "Configuration Error". The very next day i took the same
to the service center & they agreed to look into the matter.
I then visited the center roughly six times (as if they were into some
rocket engineering) to get my mob repaired. They replied that the PCB need
to be replaced (see attached bill). Even a dumb person knows that replacing
the PCB would solve the problem & there was no big deal about that. I then
asked them to give it in writing (please find attached). I took my mob to a
local vendor who repaired my mob software problem for just 100 rupees (i am
using the same mobile now). I paid Sony for simply "NOTHING".
I need my grievance to be heard and necessary actions to be taken. Kindly
help.
