    Default Grievance against Sony Ericsson service center



    Sir/Madam,

    My mobile (W810i) had some software problems & the mobile showed only white
    display. I took my mobile to the Sony Ericsson service center on 24/11/09 &
    got it repaired on 27/11/09 (see the attached bill). The only mistake i did
    was that i didn't check the mob with a SIM card inserted & neither the
    customer care person had checked the same. On reaching home, when i inserted
    my SIM, it showed "Configuration Error". The very next day i took the same
    to the service center & they agreed to look into the matter.

    I then visited the center roughly six times (as if they were into some
    rocket engineering) to get my mob repaired. They replied that the PCB need
    to be replaced (see attached bill). Even a dumb person knows that replacing
    the PCB would solve the problem & there was no big deal about that. I then
    asked them to give it in writing (please find attached). I took my mob to a
    local vendor who repaired my mob software problem for just 100 rupees (i am
    using the same mobile now). I paid Sony for simply "NOTHING".

    I need my grievance to be heard and necessary actions to be taken. Kindly
    help.

    Default complaint against service center

    i was repaired my phone sony ericsson K850i in sony ericsson authorized service center in Kottayam(Kerala). i just asked for detailed bill. but they refused to give. they told me that cant give me detailed bill. they just wrote in their bill book not in sony ericsson's printed bill as SP&SC 950rs. its illegal because its a reputed firm. i want that detailed bill contains the details of the spare parts about cost, what they done on my phone..

    Default complaint over service centre sony ericsson

    sir,
    i have given my hand set T700,to the service centre within my warranty period.the problem with my hand set was that ,camera was not working.but they havent given me any detil of what they have done to my phone.now my imei no has changed and the phone is not getting started.the address of service centre is enclosed below.

    Lightbulb Complaint against my cellphone missing

    Sir,
    My name is tishir kumar jaiswal and I have a complaint against the sony ericcsson service center that has been shut down.
    i have submitted my cellphone "X10mini pro white" on 25aug'2012 in the aligarh servoce center by name "aligarj service" its in ramghat road. Dont due to some running dispute the service center got shut down.
    I have their service center 3times last weeks but ots not opemed.
    Then i called to customer service and they asked me to submit the job sheet for the phone submission and i have send them the job sheet and the original bill for the cellphone.
    And they have rec the documents on 15th sep.2012.
    Now i am trying to contacting them to get the statua of my request but no one os ready to provide me the resolution. I had words with the exec. In repair dept. To Mr.anuj,anandita,tilak,amd last exev. Was anoop.
    Everybody is assiring me that they are highlightin my issue on higher level and i will get the resolution in next 48workimg hours and till now i had not got any revert.
    Sir i qould request uou to please look in this matter as I am suffering a lot.
    Without the cellphone.
