Hi,

I have submitted my Nokia N73 for software installation on 29th october in
Nokia care Kuvempunagar,Mysore .

*My mobile warranty is **over**.
*Till now they have not returned my mobile in working condition.
The reason they gave was ur mobile takes only 70% of s/w..

Can i go to the consumer court on this matter to get back my mobile.

i think u can do it but you may take charge for the repair cost.
