hi i braught a new nokia 3110 classic phone, but after 6 months it starts creating problem its software got corrupted again and again and the nokia care at bathinda take along timeto process on my comlaint,.,,, and when they process they jst reinstall the software again but the problem arises again after a week or somedays. plz help me out.

Sir i have bought nokia 3110c from gupta watch company mainpuri.
After 2 months it start showing problem all folders were moved i go to nokia care 3 times they they install new software all times but after few months it comes in his previous condition.
Sir, please help me i am not able to pay 300 rupees for software.

I too have a nokia 3110c and its full of problems. The following are the problems i am facing right now.

1: music libraray updates to 99% and after that the screen freezes. I can never play music from music player.
2: I cannot access my inbox. If i try to open my inbox it reboots.
3: I cannot access my outbox. There is one mesg in my outbox and whenever the system tries to send that mesg, phone reboots.
4: Calculator has disappeared.

All the above problems have occured after one after the other on subsequent visits to service center and i have visited service center and they simply reinstall the software.

I have two 3110c phones and both suffer from these problems and in my opinion this model is a junk one.

The solution for this problem is the software should be free.otherwise the nokia company getback this product.

The Best solution is to throw the mobile and buy a new mobile. I bought a new mobile now.
