Dear Sir,

I had purchased a *Nokia 3110c* cellphone for sum of *Rs 4380* on *26th Oct
2008*,IMEI No.- 356789023734567 from a mobile shop (Garg Telecom &Mobile
Shop,Khanpur Extn, New Delhi - 62) with Bill No. - 1682.

Mobile was worked fine for few months, but in month of Feb 2008, Software of
mobile gets automatically deleted from handset. It strats creating
regurlarly small problems after that. I submitted it to "Nokia Care" (O-9,
Lajpat Nagar-2 New Delhi-110024) to repair the handset on *25th May 2008*.
Nokia updated the moile software & returned me back.

It worked properly till Aug 2008 end. In 1st week of *Sep'08* again the
Software of mobile got curropted. I submitted it again at Nokia Care (O-9,
Lajpat Nagar-2 New Delhi-110024) to repair the handset on *8th Sep 2009.*

Within *15 Days* after repairing the cellphone, the same old problem occured
3rd time. Software of phone got corrupted, again given to update the
software at "NOKIA CARE
Okhla Estate Marg, Tughlakabad Extension, Govindpuri, New Delhi 110062." on
*25th Sep 2009.*

Now within reparing of *Only 10 days*, same problem occured *4th time*. I
submitted it again at Nokia Care (Okhla Estate Marg, Tughlakabad Extension,
Govindpuri, New Delhi 110062." on 25th Sep 2009.) to repair the handset on *6th
Oct 2009.*
Moreover, Staff at Nokia Care *Rudely behaved* with me & say dont use Memory
card of 2GB, Nokia 3110c didn't support it. But in features of cellphone, it
is clearly mentioned that NOKIA 3110c Supports 2GB EXAPANDABLE MEMORY.

This time,*4 th time in 4 week*, again Handset facing the same Software
problem on 10th Oct'09.
Relief - Handset needs to be *Replaced immediately * with *EXTENDED WARRANTY
PERIOD.*

I've brought one on July2009.I'm also facing some problems while using it..mainly it is totally malfunctioning when maintenance activities such as restoring are not done for a long time.i've noticed some problems while using external applications.Perhaps it may be due to a virus attack.
