    To whom it may concern
    i am from egypt, i really had i big problem with egypt vodafone customer service ,as they were impolite and aggressive many times though the phone service and at Alexandria carfour branch .i was mistreated by the branch manager and by the customer service representative .
    i have been a customer of vodafone for 10 years till now,my current number was given to me by the company i used to work in, then when I left the company they gave me a disclaimer to the line to be changed from the company name to my name, from a corporate line to a personal line.
    This disclaimer was sent to Vodafone by my company on the 27-jan-2009 i have the confirmation report that it has been received , this disclaimer contained two request :
    1-To change the line from business line to prepaid card system.
    2-To transfer the ownership from the company to me .
    So my first request was made ,but by accident three days ago I found out that the ownership was not by my name,and when I visited the branch to give them another copy of the disclaimer that was sent to them, they said “that this disclaimer was expired and it is only valid for one month and this is a Vodafone policy, and how can we make sure that your company didn’t cancel their disclaimer to you ,we need a new one ”
    I answered “ if they canceled they would have sent you a fax confirming their cancelation”
    So My complaint is that they were carless they didn’t even bother looking at the system to see if they had a copy or not ,they were extremely rude and the manager was indifferent to anything I said ,even to the point when I said that I will probably be leaving Vodafone to another competitor ,she just said” as you like”
    They wasted my time for couple of days and nothing was solved till now.
    Thank you for your attention and I hope my complaint will be taken into consideration and will be thoroughly investigated and actions will be taken with this poorly trained staff.

    i just wann tell what happend withme last few days i have businss line since 5 years wit voda phone egypt i never been late for my bill and last week i came from long flight and afe landing i was so much in need for makein phone call i get voise massage say tha my criedit is not enguh i tought i was joke any way i called custmer servise get some one told me its some one responsble for ur company {egyp air he stop ur line and make it pre pay????whihout any notice im wondering how is take care abou ur coustmer some one for ur company?or some one else he dosnt carehow come any company do such at like that sto some one how is coustmer for long tme
    i bought another line offcours in same mint and whats buzzer me is no one even try to call me to cheak wha happend is hat the way u care any way we have over her another 2 copmany i get even cheaper deal but i though i hae to send

    To Vodafone Egypt Management, your customer care culture needs immediate attention.
    Vodafone Egypt - Impolite Attitude from Call Center & Customer Office at Dandy mall . In addition, they are not communicating same message.

    1. I wanted to cancel my DSL subscription (USB and landline).
    2. I called the call center. The call center asked me to take the USB and SMS card ONLY to the office and then to call back the call center. Then they would schedule someone to pick up the landline modem from my home.
    3. I visited the customer office at Dandy mall, the representative mentioned, "no, I do not take the USB and card only, I also need the landline modem and the whole pack that was given to you”
    4. I called the call center again to confirm, she said "NO, the customer office representative is sharing wrong information, go the manager of the office and place a complaint and follow the steps I am saying". During the call, I kept insisting that she listens more that she talks, she said “By the way the call is observed”. Is she threatening the customer? Strange attitude. By the way her name is Marwa.
    5. I went back to office to meet the office manager, he did nothing, "he said wait in the queue and place your complaint". He saw me waiting for 15 minutes frustrated of the situation, but he was busy chatting with friends in the corridor and finishing a credit card transaction.

    The whole experience is extremely disappointing – both team talks in an impolite tone and attitude. Beside of course that they disagreed on the procedures to cancel my DSL.
    To Vodafone Egypt Management, your customer care culture needs immediate attention. I am requesting a formal apology, and someone to come and pick the DSL package from my home. Mobile number: 010 520 5700.
