Already Raised in call through the Online help .. BUT NOT RESOLVED or refund the money, simply close the call saying –“ resolved “ ..

and today(13^th Jul 2012) I’m getting a message for reminder for Auto renewal of this plan and due is tomorrow ,

I am not getting the benefit of this plan and but Autorenuwal of the amount happens autoimatically ,

I was not able to Deactivate this plan also by Sending SMS ( as instructed ) .. Giving error as deactivation not available try later ..

Customer Support is not Helping, Not able to Deactivate this plan by Myself , so raising a complaint for Resolution .

1. I want to get refund of all the charged amount so far ( I WANT to See the amount in my account , not just “resolve” as before)
2. I want to get this Plan deactivated forever and remove ‘AUTORENUWAL’ ( for not struggling again with the same next month )
