hi the two weeks since i have converted to vodafone postpaid have been the
worst experience of customer service that iv ever seen.
In brief, following are my complaints, none of which have yet received any
satisfactory response
1. i m unable to reach any customer care executive thru 111. iv already
complained to the two care executives who called to welcome me to vodafone.
no response has come.this has been the case for the last 6-7 days.
2. my bill is* grossly jacked up*, and im being charged amounts ranging from
100-600 per day, causing me daily inconvenience in the name of interim
payment. why call it postpaid then?
3. there is ZERO transparency. im FORCED to pay for something i believe has
been wrongly charged. no amount of complaining has helped. an exec just
feebly told me that its a technical fault which will be rectified soon.
Nothing More.
4. i want to deactivate Blackberry service. cant coz unable to reach any
customer care executive. but im still getting charged for it.
please stop just saying "happy to help" & actually do it. Else shut down
your shop.
*one sick & tired consumer of Vodafone.*

Last 2 days, I tried to reach vodafone customer care executive by dialing 111, 9886098860, 198. But, in any of those line, I only can get the assistance of computerized system, which i don't need. How the options get set, dont know, every time it is getting a loop and sends me to the main menu ad saying "HAPPY TO HELP U".. but, ultimately unable to do this.. what a nonsense.
