I have received a message for FM Subcription on 22.09.09 from Reliance Smart GSM Service by mistake of botton pressing it has been activated, My mobile set is Nokia 1100 series which is not having FM facility, I requested to customer Care Department on that very evening, one guy told me from the department that the service being deactivated now and no subcription will be deducted from my account again. I make myself assuredby a professionally expert talking. But 22nd October 2009 I got again a message for reactivation of that FM subscription, immidiately I contact the customer care department one lady told that no such activity is there in the system they are handling and assured me that no subcription will be debited from my account. Hopeless matter I read in the meeage box that again Rs. 30 has been already debited from my account with thanks. I asked the department how long it will be proceeded and how can be stopped the repeated process. They are giving helpless robotic answer. Wishing the suggestion for the above matter handling.

Dear Sir/Madam,
my name is doel mitra, aged 22, student by profession. i am using a smart GSM service connection with the number 9681640276.all of a sudden a caller tune was activated on my number last day (29.10.2009) without any prior intimation from the service provider, which i was informed by some of my friends who did called me around that time. then n there i had called SMART GSM Service Customer care and told them to disable that service because i dont want loose my money with this kinda thing. they told me that it will be deactivated with 24hrs from then. but now i find that still the tune is active and 30.00 INR has been deducted from my current account balance. I have called the customer care again they are not doing anything but transferring my calls here and there and telling me nothing can be done. i have called them again and again but they are doing nothing. Please help me ASAP and take steps against them and return my account balance. i really need help.

I am a customer of Reliance Smart mobile service provider. Iam Monoj Kumar Singha from West bengal and my No. is 9681495675.please stop this type of game to activate the CRBT SERVICE with out taking permisssion from me.I don't know when they activated it with out my knowledge.They Send me a message on 14th nov 2009 & said that my my CRBT service had been renewed at Rs. 20 for a period of 20 days.Even they gave me a no to unsub it. But it does not work.So please take a correct & stuff action against them so that they never do it again.
Even my worst nightmare was when i called the customer care of reliance(+913330333333 it was on sim), they deducted money from my balance.the pulse rate was 50 paise/minute.
So i requested you take the necessary steps.

sir,i am reliance customer from last 5 years.sir my balance in my mobile is deducting daily and when i try to confirm the reason the customer care executive is unable to solve this problem and always makle excuse like server is slow and call us later and u believe me sir whenever you try to connect customer care you have to call atleast 10-15 times because their is connection error problem show in your mobile.
Last time when i connect them they are making same excuse and misbehaving with me and after that its too much when one of their customer care executive is used vulgure words and threating me by using his personal number his number is 9853207831.

Iam a smart card user since its inception.But today i repent as Iam tired of calling customer care several times no one is ready to help!!! when ask to connect to team leadre they disconnect.
I havepurchased a Blackberry curve 8520 and want services to be activated surprsisngly half your customer care executives are not aware of Black berry?
Incase I donot get a solution I am going to opt for a optional service where I get better solutions .

I was surprised to see this message because I have never opted for this service, infarct I do not know what this service is. And some of my balance is deducted from my main balance accounts.
Please stop this unwanted message, and deactivate my LN service. otherwise, I have to choose different mobilr service provider.

disturbing me continuously since last night around 12.30am.
I made calls to these numbers but unusual
catcalls are replied from such numbers. They are continuously calling
in my number every now and then. I am extremely frustrated with these

I would like to request you to look into

Hi,
My name is Joydip Sinha and Im a reliance customer since 6 yrs.
I had recharged my mobile for Rs.40 on 16th aug which gives 200 mins of Reliance to Reliance calls for 30 days. But i could use the free minutes only that day and on 17th it did not work. Same story happened when i recharged for Rs.40 on 17th and 18th august also.
It worked fine on the day i recharged but stopped working the next day and my main balance was deducted for calls to reliance.
I had made complain twice at customer care and recieved the feedback that all calls have been charged correctly.
But they cant explain that how the charges are correct when i had free RTR minutes in my account and still main balance was deducted for calls to reliance.
Now, the status is that i have more than 400 mins of RTR calls in my account for which i have paid Rs.120 and im still being charged from my main balance for calls to reliance.
Please Help.....!!!!!!!!!

customer care number *333 and *222 are not working...
