I am a customer of Reliance Smart mobile service provider. I am Chandrika Prasad Sinha from Bihar and my No. is 8102544329.please stop this type of game to activate any SERVICE with out taking permisssion from me.I don't know when they activated a service for that they are deducting 1 Rs per day with out my knowledge.They Send me a message & said that some service had been activated at 1 Rs per day, it was mentioned that to deactivate call on some number. I did the process of deactivation to unsubscribe it. But it does not work.So please take a correct & stuff action against them so that they never do it again.
So i requested you take the necessary steps.

sir,i am reliance customer from last 2years.sir my balance in my mobile is deducting daily and when i try to confirm the reason thecustomer care executive is unable to solve this problem and always makle excuse like server is slow and call us later and u believe me sir whenever you try to connectcustomer care you have to call atleast 40-45 times because their is connection error problem show in your mobile

Dear Sir/Madam, this is my 2nd request letter to you. I am P. Sathapathy from Bhubaneswar, Odisha. I am a Reliance Smart GSM user. My phone number is 9861443910. I have been disgusted by the unnecessary phone calls and sms provided by your company. So, I talked to the Customer Care Executive of this company for deactivation of the same with paying 50 paise per 3 minutes.This was done before 1-1.5 months. But I couldn't find any solution. As I am a service holder, I don't have time to talk with Customer Care Executive being on line for a long time. So, finally I contacted Customer Care Executive once again before 3-4 days and registered a complain and my complain no. is 167194988. He replied me that my problem will be solved within 48 hours. But yesterday(on 08.12.2011) suddenly an sms came to my mobile phone that "You have been successfully subscribed the beautycharm site or something and Rs. 30/- has been deducted from your account" which was totally unknown to me. I neither have wanted nor do I know about this unnecessary service. So, I tried several times to contact Customer Care Executive to tell my problem since yesterday but failed. It is quite injustice sir. I am a customer of this company for last 5 to 6 years. Previously I have already paid 90 rupees due to these unwanted reasons. We are facing financial crisis in our daily life. Still we have been cheated by this company whom we trust. Please look into the matter and solve my problem with helping me to get my deducted Rs. 30/- back with deactivating that unnecessary services and be thoroughly obliged. I have to say that I dont need any value addedservice. kindly stop them and refund my excess deducted amount. You used to deduct Rs.30/- when I had balance, but when I started keeping less than Rs.30/- balance, I find you people have deducted even Rs.10/-
This is my last request that you stop all the service from my mobile and credit my deducted amout failing which I have to totally stop this sim. Please help me.

I am using reliance smart around last 1 year but since last 2 to 3 months the unnecessary deduction is repeatedly going-on my no. (My Mobile No.:07879721170) This no. belongs to M.P. circle. When ever I am complaining about it to your executives they gave me the same answer that i have activated the services but this is not the truth. If you are no going to my problem i will file a case against you at consumer forum.
