Dear Mr. Nikhil,
Kindly send a written complaint to the service centre. Give them a time frame of maximum 15 days to give you replacement or the refund in that time frame. Also mention that if they are not going to provide you any help in that time period, you are going to file a case in Consumer Forum against that Service Centre. Keep a copy of that letter with you and revert back soon after getting any response from them.
