I am Manish Kaushik.Few months back i lost my bag and purse so for that i submitted a report in nearest police station.After some time Tata indicom customer care executive started calling me for one mobile no- which i have never used.They started calling me for the payment of the bill.I told them many times that i have prepaid tata no not post paid.After few days i got call from one person.He said that he is speaking from Tis Hazari court and one case is registered against me for the non payment of the bill.He asked me to speak one advocate Mr. Abhimanyu who was handling this case.I asked them for one day to pay the bill as i was worried.I went to Tata Indicom office and they said Tata dont file case against customer people who are calling are recovery person.Then i decided to not to submit the bill as i dont know about the no.Now again i am getting the calls from Tis hazari and this time the person was abusing me and he said we have sent you the notice two times then why you are not recieving that.He also threatned me that now court will ask for the penalty of 25000.please help me as i am worried and tensed.I am feeling like commiting sucide because of this torture.
