Dear Sir,
I, Nirav Shah, required your help to solve my problem. I have written e-mail to
reliance communication for this and its copy is attached herewith. Please guide me
to solve this problem. As i have not received any kind of card from them and still
they are asking for money for the services which i never used.
Problem description:
Approximately three years back i gave documents for
Reliance card to a person (agent) and i did not received any card from reliance and
i got the bill for the same. I
contacted reliance communication branch on anand - v.v.nagar road, anand, gujarat
and gave in written for the same and then also i got the bills
for next three to four months mean time i also gave application and
made a phone call to the Baroda office regarding this. Then they
stopped sending bill. Another thing i like to mention to you is whenever i went for
giving
application to reliance communication-anand every time person was
changed.
Five
to six months back i got the letter from Reliance anand that you have
Rs.681 left to pay and if you want to do settlement then contact
mentioned person. I made a call to him and stated all the details and
he told me that you will be contacted by our person from baroda office
and i got the call from baroda office and explain all the details. Still nothing
has been done in this matter and today i received one more latter from reliance
anand for Rs. 681.00.
