sir i have sony ericoson mobile model no z550i. i am facing problem related to software and for this i went to service center of sony ericcson situated near by me ie sco no-37 SHOP NO-1 ,sector 11 panchkula(chintapurni sol). I asked the concern person to update my software but after inspecting he asked me that cell has also some problem in ic but i told him to update my software only but without my permission he also the case of mobile and told me that he also remove the problem of ic,he charge me both for software and also for ic.
i give him the whole money but after a day i face the same problem so i again visited that center again then the concern person asked me that there is some problem in my memory card so he told me that he would format my memory card and i had given him permission to format my memory card but next day when i visited to take back my mobile i saw that he had opened my cell without my permission as acc to my knowledge there is no need to open cell for formatting meory card.
Then he asked me to give him back the bill (payement reciept ,work sheet) so i gave him and he suddenly torn it in to pieces and return me 500 Rs back and asked me that mobile is dead
So i asked you that at first visit when i asked him only to update software then why he work on ic...
At second visit when i asked him to format memory card then why he open the cell
why he torn the bill and return me money..
also he told me that i have to give him in written that cell has also some short circuit problem..
so please help me in this metter and what should i do against this service provider of sony ericcson

My Number is 9993556221 I ported from airtel to Tata Docomo in September after activation of the same in Tata docomo, i Used this number for three days after that i went out of city I came back yesterday while i switch on sim is not functioning and when i dial this number is says number is not in use i contacted nearest docomo but they are not providing any solution to me I want this number back Please help me.

I am 59 years old retired person from private service and have an airtel prepaid mobile No. 9503437962.
Airtel keeps on deducting money from my prepaid account on the pretext of value added service - a service I have never requested for nor availed of.
Despite serveral requests they do not stop the deductions from my account.
On my registering DND option 0, I have been given DND Registration No. S1065951425 on 27 Oct 2011. Despite this, I receive a message from airtel on 27th Oct. 2011 that Airtel talkies service will be renewed in 3 days at a cost of Rs.10 to which message I did not respond and on 30 Oct. 2011 I received following message confirming deduction of Rs.10 for a service I have never asked for. Between 13th and 30th Oct. 2011, airtel has stolen Rs.23.50 from my prepaid account for services I have not asked for nor availed.
This is the same case for my wife who too own an airtel prepaid number and
our money is being solen by airtel regularly.
Please arrange airtel to stop this malpractices.
