complaint against vodafone

I have vodafone connection (prepaid 9646547201) from past two months in bathinda. I am getting problem in my number (without my permission lot of services are go on activating and reducing my account balance as i switch on my mobile). I am doctor by profession and i am getting lot of calls from vodafone computer which are disturbing my patients, surgeries, emergency services and my normal life too. I talked to vodafone branch office in bathinda they said message START DND to 1909 will deactivate these problems which i did but still getting calls and activation of stupid services. Again i complaint to vodafone branch office in bathinda they said it will deactivate in 45 days and is problem with vodafone connections. now i scared to switch on my mobile phone as either it will cut my balance or i will get some service call during afternoon evening times specially. Please help me in stopping calls messages and in returning my money with huge compensation so that they will not disturb any other person.

Dear Dr. Goyal,

For your complaint you will have to send a written complaint to the nodal officer of the Company. Wait for the response for at least 10 days because the Nodal officer will have to provide you any solution within 10 working days. Send a written complaint and kindly revert back soon after getting any reply from him. The address is:

i am a vodafone customer for the past three years. my number is 9884148962.i am being activated into some cricket pack for which RS.50 is being deducted from my account every month.i have several times complained 2 the customer care to de activate this service from my number but there has been no response from you. i want an immediate way out of this. otherwise ill have to simply surrender all my vodafone numbers. and one more very important thing the VODAFONE CUSTOMETR CARE SERVICE IS VERY VERY VERY BAD. PLEASE WORK ON IT.
