I am Sarfraj Shigave, customer of Airtel since last 2 years. I have two postpaid mobile connections of Airtel. I am paying the Airtel bill on regulag time. Just check my billing details. I have paid all the bill before due dates. My mobile no.s are 9970015336 and 9970015337. Since yesterday morning my second no. i.e. 9970015337 is showing not in use. Means when I am calling that no. its showing that this no. is not in use. I have tried to call customer care. They told me that as Airtel is updating system they cant do anything upto 11th of Sep. 2009. Today morning I went to your Tilak Road’s customer care service center. The office time is 10.00 am to 8.00 pm. The office opens at 9.30. I went there at 9.50. But the sweeper man refused me to seat in the office. He told me to wait outside the office. I asked him that I will wait inside as there are just 10 minutes remain. But he was speaking very rudely with me. Then up to 11.oo am no one Airtel employee was available in the office. At 11 o’clock one lady came. I told her my problem. She told me there are phones. So call on 888. I tried to call on 888, but the call was dropping. I again told her it’s not connecting. She can’t do anything; you have to wait for half an hour as express office employee will came half an hour late. I asked her “But office time is 10.00 to 8.00”. She told me those express officers are used to come late by half an hour daily. So we can’t do anything.”
In this way I was there up to 11.10 but no one was there to solve my problem. Then I have asked her where the complaint box is? She replied you can not do anything against us. You may either wait or you may go now.
This happens with me second time. Last time also when I had lost my cell I went there and asked the lady to block my card as it is postpaid connection. She replied first put the complaint in police station and come with complaint document; I told her I am going to put the complaint in police station. But first block my card. Even I had shown her my ID proofs as she is saying that how can we believe that this card is on your name?
Now tell me whether it is a customer care office or customer harassment office. any queries call me on 9970015336.
Please tell me what to do?

i am localite in Pune .and shopkeepers on lamxi road, raviwarpeth and tulasi bag where i do shopping the most. but whether it is choth shopping or commodity shopkeepers stick the price or they just write it by themself. there is no assurence that we are paying the write amount.
because all price tags are made by the shopkeepes only. there is no trade mark or any mark which will assure us that this is write price. in festival season they just dubble or tripple the price and show no respect and act so rudely with people. they just make us so embarrass by not showing stuff, and forcing us to buy. all this is very annoying please do something for this.my mail id is ms.omkardevi@rediff.com.

I am an Airtel user since last 10 years. I have a prepaid number since last 10 years. I want to get 2 new prepaid sim cards of airtel, so I asked customer care centre at Tilak ROad, Pune (Vega Communications, Sadashiv Peth, TIlak Road) about the same, personally by visiting the showroom. According to them, they will get a new stalk of "Friends" group SIM cards in few days, and to get SIM cards from new stalk, I was supposed to call them before directly going to their showroom.
At first, the lady denied to give me the contact number, but then she asked her collegue to give me his number and that man gave me his nimber. For 2-3 days continuously I tried their number but nobody received the call. When somebody received it, he started talking to some other customer in showroom, and my call was on hang. Then, when I asked him about new SIM cards, he answered very arrogantly. "You come to gallery and then only you will get info" he said. I reminded him about our last conversation still he was so arrogant and he didnt answer my questions.
Is it the way customer care executives to behave with customers????

I have purchased TV table on 21st April 2012. At the time of purchase the quality of the table showed in his shop was very good and also he explained to me that, I no need to worry about the quality of TV table and will be delivered in good condition. In my absence the TV table was delivered at home. The following problems I faced:
1. There are 3 Shelves are missing in the TV cabinet.
2. There 2 Holes are required at the back side of TV table for wire connection for TATA sky setup box and for Music system. There are no holes at all for the above two connections.
3. Screws are missing and not fitted properly and also incomplete.
4. TV table finishing is not very good as I expected from the shop owner
5. There are scratch lines on the top of TV table.
I have sent SMS message of the above problems on his mobile and also I had called several times to shop owner to send their carpenter to finish the pending works at my home, but so far he did not send anybody so far.
