Dear Sir,
I would like to inform you that I have Reliance GSM sim (number is +919681744589). I would like to let you know that on my sim,today i.e. on 22/july/2012, I got a SMS regarding "Good Film World Service" which was activated on my number without my consent and without any request for this service and Rs 30 has been deducted from my account. It is not a matter of 30 rs but the cheating which has happed with me is not tolerable. I would like to request you to please provide me refund for the same.

i was using reliance gsm prepaid, two weeks before they offered me a plan with 199 per month with reliance to reliance unlimited, 400 mins local to other mobile, and 600 local sms. But i have to change into post paid so i did it. Few days later i activated the gprs 99 plan for browsing. But today in the morning they messages that i have consumed more than they have alloted. But i have used only around 600mb. Now they want me to pay 1930 rupees. How can i pay when i have not used? Please help i cannot afford that much i earn 5000 per month, please help. . . .

WE ARE ALSO THE CUSTOMERS OF RELIANCE CDMA SINCE 5 YEARS.AND RECENTLY TAKEN GSM NUMBER 9533066480 THE PROBLEM IS UNJUSTIFIED DEDUCTION OF BALANCE WE ALREADY SPOKE TO THE CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVES ANS AS PER THEIR DUTY THEY SOLVED THE PROBLEM TEMPORARILY BUT AT THE EVERY TIME OF RECHARGE COMPANY IS REPEATING THE SAME TRICK TO GET THE BALANCE DEDUCTED.FROM THE LAST THREE RECHARGES THIS UNJUSTIFIED FRAUD HAS BEEN INCREASED TO IT;S PEAK LEVEL (EVERY TIME AFTER RECHARGING WITH RUPEES 20 OR 30 WE ARE GETTING THE MESSAGE THAT SOME SERVICE IS ACTIVATED IN YOUR MOBILE AND THEY ARE PROUDLY SAYING THAT THIS MUCH OF AMOUNT WAS DEDUCTED AND AS A EYE WASH THEY ARE PROVIDING THE UNSUBSCRIBING WAY. I have reliance prepaid mobile-8799023933 cdma issued to me that's Ved Prakash Sharma,
whenever I recharge my mobile with Rs 10.00 or Rs 20.00 the balance comes in proper way but after few hours my balance deducted by service provider without any services activation, it happened twice, thrice to me in a month, today when I talked to your customer care executive(*333, Mr Sartaj )regarding this He replied that he wont be able to register my complain and said to me,these facilities are activated on behalf of your prepaid balance without your concern.
How can they activate any service without any request from client kindly deactivate such services from my number immediately and refund all my money which had been deducted such way.
Above mail /complaint has sent by me to reliance customer care but not geting any response from their side.....he has deducted my balance many times so plz tell me what we do about it..plz help

I am facing problem for last 25 days. I am not able to connect internet in Netconnect+ mode. I can only able to connect in Hybrid mode where speed is only 40-50 kbps. I complained 2-3 times but still nothing could happened. I got feedback that some maintenance work is going on. I have written 3-4 times on rcomappellateauthority.delhi@relianceada.com but no reply I have received so far. Where should I go for resolution. Pls help.

This mail is to report the constant harassment and mis-management that I am facing for the last couple of months from Reliance.
Here are the facts:
1 - On 3rd of Nov, I bought a reliance broadband connection by paying a sum of 2349 INR towards quarterly payment.
2 - Only after 1 week of installation the connection got disconnected and I called up the call center 30337777 to get the line fixed.
3 - The engineer visited my house and after checking for almost 2 hours informed me that the server installed by Reliance at Hilland Woods (Complex where I stay) had some problem and the technical team was working on it. This was on the 18th of November.
4 - I waited for almost over a week and constantly was told by customer care and the sales person who sold me the connection (Nirmalendu Das) that the problem will be fixed.
5 - Since it was more than 7 days that there was no internet connection due to the above problem, I called up customer care for connection termination and was given request number - 192444982.
6 - On 28th November, I got a call from Reliance customer care to confirm the termination and was given the request number 192662700.
7. Further to this I got an email confirming the termination. See attachment document Termination.doc. I was also informed that since I did not even use the connection for 1 month and I had made a quarterly payment, a portion of the money will be refunded to me with 45 days via cheque and billing department will call me explain how much will be refuned back to me.
8 - After this I received a bill for 289.22 post this communication.
9. I called by customer service once more and explained the details and the bill and was informed that since the bill date is 27 Dec and the disconnection request was confirmed on 28th Dec, that is the reason the bill was generated. A waiver was taken for the bill amount, request no - 193799025.
Since then I am getting constant phone calls from customer service for making the bill payment of 289.22 INR. I mentioned to them that my line is disconnected but it seems that they do not have any clue. Also when I call up the customer service with the service id number, it says the ID is invalid.
Currently I am clueless when my outstanding amount will be paid and why is Reliance still calling me up for outstanding payment. This is the worst kind of service that I see and this kind of customer service is not expected from a company such big as Reliance.
If you wish to do business, show some professionalism and courtesy to customers.

Reliance Communication is using unethical practices to cheat the customers
I was using Reliance net connect Number – 9325980226 as a post paid connection, also I got an extra GSM connection through this net connect GSM Number – 9595275001, In Aug – 12 I recognize that as per my usage my plan is ay high & I have gone to their reliance web world Pune-Aundh branch to convert this connection to Prepaid. Also close my GSM connection after paying the complete outstanding amount.
Very cleverly reliance connect executive has convinced me for plan change to 750 Monthly to 250 Monthly and promised me that this will get converted within 3 days. I have paid Rs 1207 on 29th Aug to clear all the outstanding and also given instruction to stop my GSM connection.
Amazingly when I received my next month bill it was on my previous plan on Rs750, this was not converted to 250. From than I have stopped using any services from Reliance GSM or Net connects.
Still I am receiving the bill for not using any services followed with some threatening call if you not pay your bill we will do the court case & all that rubbish.
My question from Reliance-:
1. This is your fault & you people are responsible for it.
2. Please refund my cost I spend on your net connect device.
3. Please refund my money I given as refundable fee at the time of GSM connection.
4. Please stop calling on my current mobile number as this mobile comes under DND Service.
5. Please improve your services by saying truth to your customer instead of playing games.

(which is issued by Tata Docomo)along with Rs.101/- (Rupees Seventy) agaisnt a New SIM Card in your Bikaner City. I personally met your official on 3 times but in vain. They could not proper support on that issue. After 15 days Port expired,No response at your end.
Please tell me, where is the problem and from which day I also used your new SIM (which you issued without any cash memo against Rs. 101/-).
I take only your solution in this regard.
