Hi,
Iam a corporate vodafone postpaid user for the past 4 years. On 20th April, I sent a request to corporate-del@vodafone.in to get dataplan activated on my iPhone. 2 days later, I got a message saying that dataplan has been activated. On checking, I got a message saying "cellular data not activated". On contacting customer care, they told me that I have to activate iPhone services. I asked them to activate but vodafone customer care was unable to activate. I personally visited the vodafone care store at Preet Vihar, Delhi but the executive had no clue how to activate this. Frustrated, I deactivated the service on 2nd May.
When I checked the bill, Vodafone has charged for the entire period from 24th April to 2nd May. They said they will revert the advance rental but i have to pay the balance amount. This is unfair and frustrating. Being a corporate user, Iam getting less previlages than a normal user.Why should I be charged for something I have not used. Vodafone should revert the unfair charges.
