I've got a message about an activation of a service "watch video from Bollywood beauties video zone" and 198 INR has been deducted without my consent. I've called the customer care for such an idiotic and unpolite professional behavior, but they were not listening and blaming me that I've click some ads and on the same time I was on call with my family members. Every time when I call customer care, they are not even register my complaint nor refunding the amount.

I activated 15rs internet pack for 3 days validity on my number on 29th march 2013. But in morning 30th march 2013 again 15rs are deducted. And i received msg of renewing ur internet pack. Plz give my these 15rs back.
