    Angry Airtel Number Disconnected without any Intimation

    Complaint NO. [|BAL|Qrc12505121505509315151|]

    My Number 9890516649 was disconnected without any notice from company.
    Balance therein of Rs.300 also got deducted

    My complaints against airtel are,
    1. Customer care denied registering my complaint (Breaking TRAIs regulation)
    2. Number was not activated in 3 days (TRAIs regulation as per May 2012)
    3. Balance has been taken by Airtel
    4. No Response my Internet complaint also
    5. Appelate Desk lies of contacting me (since no calls recieved till date 12 days have elasped)

    Resolution expected,
    1. Refunding the balance therein
    2. starting the number ASAP
    3. Taking action against executives who did not registered complaint

    I would like to inform you that my number had been recharged with
    Rs.300, just a day before deactivation i.e 18th may

    I had also made calls and activated GPRS on 19th May

    So there arises no chance of non compliances

    Further, U must have intimated to me before deactivating my number

    Also now Im not Interested in your services, so just refund my money
    and then do whatever you want I hope, would not have to wait much this
    time.

    Already 10 days have passed solve the issue as soon as possible.

    Most importantly what has been done about the executive on call centre
    who have not registered my Complaint??

    Default Airtel number deactivated,lost my money.Nodal officer said it was perminently deactivated and recycl

    Hi
    My name is Venkata reddy
    My Airtel number is 9866422864 . My daughter using this number from last 4 years and from last 15 months she was out of India with her husband and was unable to use the number.But I am recharging with min amount 200 for every 6 months to keep the number activated.
    She checked today that my sim card shows as Invalid Sim Card.
    I called customer service (Airtel) and the advisor told me that this number has been deactivated and recycled and they can neither reactivate my number nor they can allot me the same number.
    I told them this number is very very important for me.
    I sent mail to Nodal officer of andhrapradesh airtel also,But same response they had given.
    My concern is :
    I have done the min recharge(Rs 200) for every 180 days.Last recharge I made on 3-feb-2012.There is total balance of around Rs 800 in that and they are not even talking about it.They simply saying that buy a new airtel sim.
    Why Airtel didn't inform me that they are going to deactivate/reject my number?
    No communication was made before taking the action
    No resolution has been provided to get the same number back.
    If Airtel would have communicated, I would have even made a call in international roaming to keep my number active.
    Airtel customer service is pathetic, I called numerous time and they disconnected my call when i told them to escalate the call to supervisor
    Please help me in getting my number back.

    In Chennai alone they have nuked more than 1 lakh SIMs They have done this to me without notice. Complaints to Nodal officer were futile. They did not care about query sent by DOT vigilance.

    Hi Rakesh,
    The issue is not resolved yet...
    Still the number not activated...
    Getting 'Number temporarily out of service' when dailed by somebody.Sim registration failed when I insert the SIM on the mobile.
    Tried switching off and on but no use.Any thing I need to do from my end.
    Please look into this at the earliest...
