Mobile Insurance - LG KP500 I have bought new LG-KP500 Mobile on 13 June 2009 .I got a Thief Insurance with the mobile .Unfortunately on 19 July 2009 my mobile was thief from a Fame theater .On 20th July I made the FIR in the Kalyan Police station . On 22nd July I courier the required documents with Insurance claim form which was in the mobile box in which I received the mobile.I was suppose to received the feed back .But till date I haven't received any Answer .

mobile insurance sir,
my friend bought mobile kp-500 from kolkata and gifted it to me, with it i received insurance papers, in september 09. I lost the same in march 10. I lodged FIR within time frame and sent complete set of documents to you by speed post in time. i was supposed to receive reply in 15 days of receipt of the documents but havent received anything till date. Pls do the needfull.

this is sachin from jodhpur. My friend purchased LG mobile model KP-500 on 01 Aug 09 ,and gifted it to me. Unfortunately ,I have Lost that on mar 10, mobile no:- was 9635375603 from Kolkataand IMEI no is 35213030056403.I have send all required document to united insurance company in Nehru place include Original FIR, Invoice and also claming form.i have send all document by speed post. But till I have not got any response from Insurance Company.

Lost LG Mobile - Insurance company of LG Insurance not Replied Hi ,
This is Pavan Navandar , who bought LG Mobile , unfornately I lost and filed FIR also .

I had given all document asked insurance company also gave FIR COPY which Police had given. Now after 1 months insurance company of LG is saying , they need some other FIR.
Police dont give orginal FIR. THEY give in small paper the same thing i have given.
I dont know how I can get my mobile or claim from insurance.
Please dont buy any product from LG .
Their Insurance is FRAUD. Not True. Simply they say we cover insurance also.
Can consumer court look over this and talk to LG company.
