    Default Airtel sim not working

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    My Airtel SIM has stopped working. My phone number is 9895543400. I am currently in USA and I am not able to do any banking related internet transactions since my mobile number is registered to all the bank and the banks expect me to put a high security code delivered on my cell phone. I am not able to pay any credit card bills,etc.

    Please find a solution for my issue

    Default AIRTEL Sim Inactive

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I am a customer of Airtel from past 5-6 years. I had temporarily moved Abroad for work for 4 months. After returning home I lost my sim 10 days back. My phone number is 9949376234. So I contacted Airtel Customer care Hyderabad,They said it is my sim is inactive mode. I had last recharged it in the month of April 2012 and I am on a life time validity, requiring no frequent recharges to preserve validity. When I try to call that number, I get the message that "The subscriber you are trying to reach is currently not reachable". I was not aware of any such rules. The least I would expect from Airtel is to give a warning before actually deactivating. My Alternative number is 7893242102.

    All My financial are related with this number, I am not able to do any banking related internet transactions since my mobile number is registered to all the bank and the banks expect me to put a high security code delivered on my cell phone. I am not able to pay any credit card bills, etc.

    Please look into this issue as this has put me in a very troublesome situation.
    Hope you understand the impact of this issue on me and help me to get out of this.

    Default Airtel SIM showing Invalid SIM

    Officer of Airtel,


    I am using airtel prepaid sim card with number - 9945048802 and it has been giving issues since yesterday. My Mobile is displaying a message stating "INVALID SIM". I've called your Customer Service at 9845098450 and they said the no. has been deleted/recycled. Also, they don't tell me the correct reason for this action. I purchased the sim from a shop, with submitting all my required documents correctly. The sim has a balance amount, with validity.

    Please find some solution to my problem and I'm eagerly waiting for your response. Thank You for any help!

    Default Airtel Prepaid SIM showing invalid

    Dear Sir

    I am Abhinav and I have been using Airtel prepaid service since last 2 years in Rajasthan.
    My mobile number is 9680517821. Two weeks back, my SIM card got deactivated and it showed
    a message of invalid SIM. Later when I contacted customer care, they told me that the
    SIM has to be recharged for a minimum of ₹150 for a period of 180 days.

    I have two doubts here. Firstly, I was not aware of any such regulations and I was not
    given any prior warning regarding this. And secondly, there was not any period of 180 days
    in the last 2 years when I did not got my number recharged by a sum less than ₹150. The
    Customer Care executive is least interested in paying any heed to my problem and he is
    telling me that the number has been alloted to somebody else.

    How can they allot the number to someone else if I have not surrendered the number or
    have got it blocked. I had important banking and billing information being sent to that number
    and it will take time to deactivate these services.

    Default My Airtel SIM is showing INVALID.

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    My airtel no. 8769712374 is showing invalid from the last 2 days.
    I presume that my SIM has been deactivated. I had last recharged it 2 months ago in june. Also it had validity upto may,2013.
    So please let me know that why this problem has come and please rectify this so that my no. will start.

    Please provide me with the solution for the same asap.
