hi my name is sandhya dave,
i have been using tata docomo since dec 2011. the reason i switched to docomo was to make call to my husband who lives in the u.k. i needed detailed bill to show in my visa application. they provided me bill without my surname on it. i got rejected for my visa just because i couldn't prove that number belongs to me. 2nd thing every time whenever i call to customer care service they ALWAYS misguided me. i litrelly cried couple of times while talking to tata docomo customer care. it crossed the limit of my temper recently when i made call to customer care on 23rd of may to activate a scheme to make isd calls. executive forced me to speak to him in gujarati. (i m very bad at gujarati i used to live out of gujarat) i asked him to speak to me in hindi and he refused it and used swear words to me and yelled at me. i asked his name and told him to forward my call to supervisor which he replyed he wont do that and its his way of talking. i feel extremely insulted and abused. i want name of that customer care executive who spoke to me that way
