    Sir mera name hitesh hain aur mere pass airtel ka ph. Hain jiska no.9729009890 hain. Sir mere is ph. Se daily 15-20 rs. Balance cut reha hain. Sir yeh mera permanent ph. No. hain. Please koi action liyejie

    Angry complain againts balance cut

    sir mera naam rakesh maurya mere paas airtel ka prepaid number hai 9871351026. sir mere phone se kai baar paise cut chuke aur ajj to mere phone me subha rs. 36 the jo 18 rupees bina baat ke kate phir 3"o"clock unhone phir 15 rupees cut kar diye. aur jab maine inse baat kane ki kushi ki tu inhone mera customer care he band kar diya.aur 1 baar mila tu kahte hai ki tum ne service active kar vayi hai sir i am doing b-com paas kar raha hu . sir main itna unpadh nahi ki service activet kara lo sir mujhe to aisa lagta hai ki ye airtel waale frod kar rahe hai
    sir jaldi se koi action lijiye jab maine ye kaha ki main consumer court complain karonga to hasne lage
    aur bole ki kar do

    Default Un necessary balance cut..

    Hello sir,
    im gurpreet, using airtel for 3 mnths.. I have two problems.. Last time when i recharge a sms pack of rs. 44, i recive a msg that i got a free masti pack of rs. 30. Nw yesterday whn i chked my balance it was reduse from 293 to 233.. I calld cusmer care they said it is becoz of masti pack.. How can cut the balance when u r giving a free service.? 2nd prblm i recharged a net pack of rs. 98 it has 2 gb free download bt many times balance reduce when i download some contents..
    Customer care of airtel is worst..
    If u can help? Thn plz..

    Default Unnecessary Cut Balance

    Hello sir,

    Myself Drashti Tikariya. Since 2 days, unnecessarily cut 3 Rs. at any time from my balance.
    Every time "3 Rs. cut for Last call" message shown although i did not do any call from it. it is happening 3 times. also at call log option, nothing is coming on which no. call was dialled.

    please check it and do it needful.

    Let me know what should i do for get my balance back.

    Post complain against reliance smart gsm prepaid service

    sir,
    i have a reliance prepaid(smart)(9832291545) mobile connection. On 17.4.11 i had RS.47 balance,but in next morning i.e on 18.4.11 my balance became RS.17. then i had called customercare and they said that a news pack has been activated on my mobile. But i had not activated such pack.So, they illigally deduct my balance.I want to refund my balance.
    so,i shall be very happy if i get back my money.

    I am muninder, my complaint is my balance cutting now Rs 20.49/- on 19-5-2011 and I have checked balance Rs50.60/- on 18-5-2011. I have call 198 customer care person not come on the call. Tape is say you send message *121# for known balance. I have call 30 times but Customer care Is not giving my response after 3 day then complaint in writing. I tell you previous, I have again recharge Rs 60/- on date 22-3-2011. I have daily check my balance *123# then 7 day after balance was cut i call 198 i have complaint 3-4-2011 airtel customer care call me. He accepted he was mistake then balance Rs 56.60/- again amount second time cutting and I call but only I have listen the tape. Call me 9717806858.

    Default Balance cut

    Balance is being cut from my airtel account.I get a message on my iphone saying last call cost was RS 5 when i made no call. On contacting the customer care they said i had used the internet but my phone had been off and i had also disabled internet facility.Today overall Rs 56 was deducted from my balance.Kindly do the needful.

    Default Account balance is always being cut

    My problem with airtel is that it always cuts my a/c balance for one or the other reason like for hello tunes,music station etc even when i have not ordered for that service.Airtel always sends me some weird messages and then cuts my a/c balance.
    I want this problem to be sorted out.
