Dear Team,

There is daily deduction of Rs.30-50 from my mobile no. 8010307576 and when I call the customer care department they are very rude and sometimes disconnects the call as well.

Please see that as i know that I am not the one who is facing the issue, how can a company deduct balance for any service that I have not activated, the company is acting like thieves.

Every single day the problem arises and I have to call the customer care.

Please put a hard step for this as there are many like me who are facing the problem and I really need a swift action on this as my trust is diminishing day by day.
