    Thumbs down Complaint against Reliance Communication

    1. My Reliance Blackberry services were suppose to renew from 16 April 2012 for which the balance was also deducted from my balance. Even after 17-18 when i could not access the services i launced complaint to customer care. everyday assurance of 24-48hr is give to resolve the complaint but when i couldnt get it i asked for waver and now its been more than and i have still not got my waver amount. even now assuarance of 24-48 hrs is given.

    2. this was not the end. then my 39msg pack was suppose to renew and on wednesday 16 May amount gets deducted and msg says to enjoy 1paisa msg. but still now i was charged 1.50/ 1 Rs for each msg. again when complaint was launch on 18 and 19 May 2012 assuarance of 24 hrs is given.

    i am still waiting for that 24 - 48 hrs to get waver and my msg pack activate.
    i would never suggest reliance.. it really upsetting

    Angry Reliance SIM Activation

    Number: 9019581005

    Problem: I had purchased this SIM Card about one and half months ago. Some 20 days before it got deactivated(number temporarily out of service). After enquiring I had submitted my documents 3 times at nearby Reliance Store for the verification and followed up several times but my number is still not activated. I had contacted Customer Care regarding this but they denied the request straight away and asked me to contact Reliance Store. The executive at Reliance Store tells me that your number will be activated with in half an hour each time I went their. Please help

    Default Complaint against Reliance CDMA for sms pack.

    Dear Sir/Madam

    on 24-5-12 i recharged my phone with amount of rs26 of SMS pack & i received a message (Dear Customer, your request could not be processed. Please try again later. we regret the inconvenience). But i paid amount to the shopkeeper and he is neglect that he will not refund my money so the situation is i dn't want waste my money i want my money back. plz do help full & my contact number is 8595037327(CDMA).

    Default Balance deduction without any information

    I am using reliance prepaid sim since last 1 years and having worst experience.
    Every time they deduct money without any information to me.
    I called on customer care and they very easily says, sir xyz service has been activated on you number and we cannot undo this and return your money back.
    On 13th may I recharge my account and again they deducted 200 Rs.
    This is 10th time happening to me, please let me know what should I do, should I go to police or something else. You must have nice suggestions for me.
    I have activated DND on my number but no issue you guys can do anything.
    And bloody customer care everytime says "Kshama chahunga sir" ,, they dont know anything else.
    Please help me.

    Exclamation no internet facility in reliance Cdma !

    Hi.
    I am a customer of you're network from Madhya Pradesh - Jabalpur.

    I ported out from vodafone to Reliance CDMA for a prior reason, NETWORK AND PACKET DATA I.E INTERNET from the past 4-5 months, my experience with RIM has beem very good.


    But it is very surprising fire me to know that RELIANCE CDMA DOES NOT PROVIDE INTERNET IN MY CITY.I have been enquiring about how to get an internet recharge mainly 3G or 2G in any case but It has been brought to my knowledge that there is no internet facility on RELIANCE CDMA IN JABALPUR.


    Its in Indore ,Bhopal,Gwalior,Ujjain,Dewas.What surprises me is you are providing hi-speed internet in a small city Dewas but not in a city who's population is more than 20 lakhs..I am really disappointed with the fact.I recently read that Mr.Ambani recently slashed the 3g rates through out the country.But the shame for such a prestigious company is that we don't get to enjoy such privileges..


    I urge you to kindly forecast your business if you bring 3G to us..Is a developing city and bring 3G on CDMA here would certainly prove beneficial for you.I daily see @advertisements of you're company promising to reach put to everyone through out the country..I hope we will hear something positive soon from you..

    Angry complain against Reliance Web World at Jalahalli Cross, Bangalore

    My mobile number is 8147949809, i have recently migrated from DOCOMO to Reliance, from 26th May 12 from morning i am unable to use internet on my mobile phone none of my application gets open but when i put other reliance simcard every thing goes normal, i asked costumer care they told me to visit nearest web world and change the sim. First i projected my problem, the Owner refused and said go to mobile shop and get phone repaired i told him that other reliance sim works, u can check if you have the reliance sim, so stupid answer i got " The Owner said we dont have Relaince sim". I said this is not good you should help me out. every one in the store left me unattended, i felt very awkward and humiliated and then i left the store before that the owner gave me his visiting card and said u can complain any where his name is

    Angry not getting benefit of unlimited pack Recharge

    sir,
    Today(1st june 2012) at 5:25 p.m i got a message "unlimited R-R STD/local calling at 399" by reliance on my number 9692724368.
    so i recharged with rs 399 bt i am not getting its facility. I talked to customer care but they are not helping me out.
    plz help me.

Some 8 days before it got deactivated(number temporarily out of service).And in a month it had deactivated atlaeast 4 times again and again executive of the reliance store said that it happened for documents verification. After enquiring I had submitted my documents 3 times at nearby Reliance Store for the verification and followed up several times but my number is still not activated. I had contacted Customer Care regarding this but they denied the request straight away and asked me to contact Reliance Store. The executive at Reliance Store tells me that your number will be activated after the verification and verification already completed 2 times. so Please help

    dear sir,
    we wish to inform you that my reliance land line number 01732320352 is dead from one month from (14/5/12)
    and my complaint no. is 179121688.but your company is not taking any action against our complaint and i have
    suffered a loss of approximately rs 1 lakhs just because of your bad service and after bearing so much loss now
    i am going to file a case against your bad service in the court.

    Hi!

    i used to have a reliance connection some time in 2011, I was shifting houses and had called them and asked them to disconnect he same in the month of february. they confirmed that they will do so, since I did not have any modem and the line was connected directly to my WI FI router i assumed that they will disconnect the line, I moved and did not check with them if the line was disconnected or not, they kept chasing me for the payment for the last bill which i refused to pay as i had already requested for a disconnection. After a couple of months someone from their call centre called and started abusing in hindi and threatning me that they will track me down and break my bones etc.

    Subsequently stopped picking up their calls, suddenly today a lawyer called me up and in chast hindi started issuing summons to me at the same time threatning that since it is only for Rs 913/- I should settle this out of court else he will file a law suite under section 420 which are criminal proceedings, I asked him to go ahead since i dont feel that i have done anything wrong.

    I want to ask for help on this forum to please help me resolve this case. its not the question of the money its the principle behind it.
