    Then I visited your Daryaganj office New Delhi since your office at Zamrudpur have been closed, They told me that no request for post paid to pre paid is show in their system, and they asked me to make another request vide request no 178812124 dated 7.5.2012 and said that Rs.700/- is due which I paid at Daryaganj office vide Receipt no. S215698354 OTC Code 03010 dated 7.5.12.
    Instead of converting from post paid to pre paid I again got a bill for Rs.1250/- dated 7th June 2012.
    And the connection was disconnected.
    Sir, I would request you to decide what is my fault and why my connection have been disconnected.
    I would request you to kindly restart my connection as per my request if you think it is the fault of your employees.
    Hope for an early solution and your quick response will be highly appriciated

    3. I have applied to convert my CDMA number to GSM. Submitted a request on 9th July, till date (July 18th), have not got any reply.

    I just want to move out of the reliance network but can not change my number.. the moment they change it to GSM I will switch.

    Default demanded money from difference R-WORLD

    I have a reliance Gsm sim which i lost yesterday.. after lodging the diary at police station i went to a R World at Howrah Maidan, They demanded money from me 100 rs for actived the sim card, but at salkia they took 25 rs for a sim....So can u tell me why they demanded so much money????

    Post Complaint against reliance communications for wrong balance deduction and recovery of the same

    Dear Sir,
    This is to inform you that I am highly dissatisfied by the services that are being provided to me as a valued customer of RELIANCE. I usually face the problem of subtraction of my balance amount without my permission or without my opting for any of their caller tune services or STD packs. I never activate such services but my balance is deducted in the name of such excuses. I am very upset with this kind of attitude. Moreover, this time none of their customer care executives is responding to my grievances.
    DETAILS OF MY COMPLAINT

    AMOUNT OF BALANCE DEDUCTED: INR 20.00+ INR 20.00+ INR 50.00+ INR 15.00
    WRONG CAUSE: ACTIVATION OF RELIANCE CALLER TUNE WITHOUT MY CONSENT, ACTIVATION OF STD PACK WITHOUT MY CONSENT.

    Initially my daughter complained on my behalf to Reliance customer care through email as they are not responding to my calls. They promised to resolve my complaints but refunded back only INR 17.00 for wrong activation of STD PACK on 07/09/2012 and again deducted INR 15.00 on 08/09/2012 for no reason.

    I would be highly obliged if you consider my complaint and allow me the refund of my balance because I am a rightful citizen of INDIA and it would be appreciable if you understand our grief and help me fight for my right.

    I have made several Calls and email complains. Despite all VAS get activated on my mobile without my consent almost daily.
    Today again Rs 30 have been deducted from my account towards VAS Cellebrum VP S.

    Please stop all VAS.

    Advise: Never take Reliance connection. Highly unprofessional company with no Ethics.

    Default Post paid conection (cdma) is not given properly service.

    Sir my self janmojay nayak.mob.no.9313444949 .itake a post paid conection in 14/09/2012 at releance world,green park main,new delhi-61.but after payment they donot send any verification team .when my sim had resumed 5 time i complain in costumer care,they told me verious type of answer .
    At last last i conform you that if my sim is not active withine 1 hour.i most be complain in cansumer court.

    Default About balance deduction on account of VAS CELLEBRUM

    My mobile no is 9335652150.Today Rs 2 have been deducted from my account towards VAS Cellebrum VP S without my consent and also without providing any service.Please stop all VAS deduction and credit my account otherwise I may proceed to consumer court.

    on 28.11.12 at 11:05pm i got a message on my number 9307323753 that "amount charged for VAS cellebrum VP S rs:2.00." I don't know what is this for.and i never activated any of such thing. i know amount deducted is very small but i dont know why this is deducted.Please stop this VAS deduction as soon as possible.

    Angry Complaint against VAS Cellebrum VP S

    Everyday I receive about 8-10 SMS informing about the charges for VAS Cellebrum VP S. I loose everyday about 18-20 RS just because of these VAS charges. I have not subscribed to any such service and its a nuisance to keep getting messages from Reliance. I have been trying to call their toll free number to register a complaint but unsuccessful! I have no idea how to unsubscribe this service

    On 19/11/2012 I gave every required documents to port my no. 9377817444 from reliance cdma to reliance gsm.They said that the process will be completed within 7 days.But after seven days my no. Was not ported.Then I called reliane customer care probably on 27/11/2012 for inquiry and the supervisor apologized and lodged a complaint and said that within 2 days you will be contacted by reliance or you will receive an sms. But I received none.Again I called them probably on 5/12/12 and the employee with whom I talked asked me to go to reliance web world. I went and checked every detail.The head of the web world said that everything is ok from here and your number will be ported in 5 to 6 days.But all in vain.Then again I called customer care for the help and again supervisor apologized and said your problem will be resolved within 2 days. Again I received a message and waited for a week.But nothing happened. And now when last time I called the supervisor he clearly said that we cannot help you.You have to contact the reliance web world.And now it has been more than a month and my no. Is not ported yet.

    I purchased Reliance 3G Sim from Ashirwad Mobile on 09th Jan.2013
    which detail is as
    below:

    I purchased this SIM for Internet Data which I want to used for my
    shop. I have submitted my I.D. on 09th Jan 2013 and they said that SIM
    will activate within a day but it was not activated.I daily contact
    for SIM activation but they only said that it will activate next day.
    I talk to Mr. Sunil (Distributor Reliance Kota) He also said that it
    will activate but till today it was not activated.

    Today I talk to Mr. Lucky (TM-Kota Mob. No.9314201115) and tell him
    that this type of problem customer are facing. Mr. Lucky didn't give
    any satisfactory response and abuse with me.

    I can't Understand how such type of response from TM a customer can
    Expect. Reliance a big brand having such type of TM who abuse with his
    customer and dont care about customer satisfaction..

    Now where should I go for such type of think happen with me. I have
    only one option to go consumer court so other customer should not
    mis-behave by anyone.
