    Default poor airtel service



    I am Arvind Mahor, my airtel no is 9790253548 from tamilandu telicom region.

    I am really very irritated and unsatisfied with the service and customer care of airtel. I have submitted my documents twice. still they blocked my sim. Whenever, I call at customer care, they just tell that they have not recieved documents. I had submitted my deriving license and passport and photo at a retail store. I think these documents are more than sufficient for address and identity verification. Still they blocked sim without intimation. airtel does not understand the criticality of matter and category of customer. Even customer care people don't know anything accept teling sorry for any fault. Even make false promisses and cut the calls in between without listening to the problem. Now, I am planning to file mental harrasment case against airtel and fraud at consumer court because I sufferred a huge loss due sim blockage. Since, they have already taken my documents. I doubt that those docuements can be misused by vodafone itself. Since, at the time of purchase of sim, I was not given any proof of submission of documents. ( its very unprofessional ). ideally they should have called before blocking the sim, so that customer may know the exact reason but they didnt call. Now after submitting documents twice they just say we have not recieved any documents. Once, I have submitted my dodcuments at airtel chrompet chennai office also. Since, I dont have any proof of submission except retailer words. Feeling very irritated and satisfied with such service from airtel. Now I have definitely planned to file a case against vodafone, since in case of any mistake form customer they immidietely charge fine, but for they their fault theny even listen to the customer even make the false promisses.

    I would suggest all customer to take tough steps against airtel, so they can take a lesson in future. For, problem just follow legal steps if you are not satisfied. I will support all of you. I am available at:

    In india companies fool customer because we customers do not take legal action these fraud companies. Please file case in consumer court and police for any problem from airtel or any company.

    Post Airtel prepaid recharge

    Sir,
    My Mob no 9887610962,Recharge Rs 53/- on 19 Jun 2012 at 1840 hrs for full talktime,sametime Rs 44.17 recd as talktime rest 8.83 came on after 24 hrs.now it is about 65 hrs passed, no balance recd by.my recharge Tx ID is1543091624 & a complaint was raised yesterday 2045 hrs to your customer care repreasentive also.Compl fwd by that person also.
    pl do needfull as early as possible.

    Default Balance recharge being cut for no reason

    Hi,

    This is Monika Gupta, my number is 9535639338. I activated internet blackberry services on my cell. I was asked to recharge for INR 399 which i did. Inspite of that, my main account balance was reduced by 400 Rs. I spoke to customer care executive who said they will not give single rupee back. She said complaint whereever you want to. She doesnt care. Where did my 400 Rs. disappear?. Kindly help. This is not the way to speak to the customer.

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I purchased an Airtel prepaid connection with the telephone # 9730875967 in Pune on May 25th 2012. I received a call on June 16th from Airtel to verify my customer details. The person could speak only in Hindi and I answered all his questions to the best of my ability. On June 21st the service was cut off from Airtel, even though there was a prepaid balance of aorund Rs. 600. I called Airtel 3-4 times on June 21st (CWBAR20621379985 is one of the ticket #'s) and again on June 22nd. On June 22nd I was informed that there was some problem with my customer identification and I needed to go to an Airtel office. Since I am currently in Mumbai, I went to the Mulund office, where I was informed that since my telephone # is from Maharashtra circle I need to go to an Airtel office in Vasai, Virar or Ulhasnagar to submit my documents again and get the number restored. I have submitted the documents in the Ulhasnagar Airtel office. Upon inquiring with them, they have informed me that my number has been deactivated and the balance on my account cannot be refunded. Further to this my number has been recycled and this number cannot be obtained.

    My issues that need to be addressed are:
    1. Why has my service and number been cancelled when the issue is in customer verification and I have been calling to resolve the issue and visited an Airtel office to re-submit my document. How can Airtel cancel the number without giving the customer time to respond to their queries.
    2. The balance on my account of nearly Rs. 600. Why is that not being refunded? This is money I prepaid and Airtel has cancelled my service - they should pay back my money.
    3. Please contact me on 9503740899 to resolve the issue. I am tired of calling the customer service numbers- the individuals who pick up the phone are not able to help.

    My mobile No is 9949097870 in the name of kasulamadhu, i have been calling 121 for deactivating the services which are not activated from my side for which i lost Rs.200 to 300 .when ever a customer care executive comes online they keep me on hold and the line disconnects automatically and they never call back. for last two days i lost again rs.62 from my prepaid account if air tel is going to take the money this way with out intimating to the concern .If we get the proper response its well and good i hope they are wontedly doing this, today 28-06-2012 one executive jagdeesh spoke to me @ 5.20 pm he so rude in the call center he never listens to me even you can check the recorded if you require ,this kind of services we are not expecting from Airtel.

    my name is krupan kale & my father using 9892740853 no which is government card but last month my father by mistake make rechage of rs 990 or 999 that time i had call to airtel csr they are expain the plan of that recharge then i had asked my father by mistakely recharge of value 990 or 999 & this plan is actived on that no if i want to discontinue this plan & choose again government plan then it would be possible that csr told me when ur validity will expire then your government plan will active but now i had call to your one of the csr regarding government card recharge that guy told me your plan is convert in to normal plan i had argument with him & his senior person but they dont agree to convert the plan to normal to government
    his senior person given me another no is 99872347865 when i call on that no. either this no. is continually busy or when it connected then your voice is breaking given reply & disconnected the phone

    please give me back my government plan

    hello,

    since last 4yrs im using airtel prepaid plan, the service was good. but day by day its geting worse.
    about 1month back i took a prepaid mobile no-975102899, sim no-899190200393968507, inspite of submitting the attested documents 3times through vendor and 1ce directly to the airtel office (2 time telephonic document verification), im extremely sorry to make the note that my sim card has been blocked.
    repetedly i kept myself in touch with the customer care center which came of no use, extremely disturbing and annoying response from all the customer care executive and managers...

    im extremely upset about the service of airtel....

    hope that somebody from airtel will look into the matter..
