I have a vodafone postpaid connection and my number is 9999195119.My aberage bill for the last 6 months is around Rs 500.Recently I activated a 3G plan on my phone of 200Rs which entitles me 500mb of data.However I have not consumed whole 500mb data and my unbilled usage is Rs. 4000+ and my credit limit is Rs 3100. Vodafone charges 10p/10kb for whole month and which for 500mb amounts to 5000+.. Due to this my outgoing calls have been closed twice.. If im using a data plan which entitles me 500mb of data then my credit limit should automatically increase to accommodate the data plan usage.I have been told to send emails and wait and have never received a positive amount. and Im told i should make payment of Rs2000-3000 to use the data in between the month. Why should i pay 3000Rs advance i.e my 6 months bill acc to my avg usage of Rs 500.This is complete cheating on Vodafones side by first advising customer to use 3G data plans and then closing their outgoing calls and asking them to pay high amounts which are equal to 4-5 times their average bill amount..And their customer executives tell sir we can deactivate the data plans on your number if you want. thats the stupid solution they offer now. when told to transfer call to senior executive they say sir call later right now all lines are busy. ask them to give their name/employee number for this and they cut the call.Please help me regarding this.
