now a days every news paper have adds of friendship club....i joined as navkar friendship club and i lost my 10000 rs...
the owner of this froud club using vodafones number and i just want to find out them
and i cant do police complain of that because its a very danger for me ...you can understand ...police complain is very effectly in my life ...and i want to back my money
so plz help me ...

High bill of vodafone
Dear sir/ madam,
hi i am Hemaraj, my number is 9884954789. my bill no:0041831946. my bill period : 20.06.2012 to 19.07.2012 and my relation ship number is 1.22225358. my last month bill amount you charged for my data usage. as last month i have a offer of data usage 1GB and i activated that and used around 960MB only. but my last month bill charged for all my data usage. i complained on 20th itself but still my bill amount not cleared and my amount due date is Th of august 2012. without clearing this i wont pay my bill . so give me proper information of my last bill account . And also every-time my outgoing calls is barred and not possible to call and complaining regarding this to customer care many times but still i did get proper reply and no news.

customer care service of vodafone is worst in india
I m padam yadav. My father is jailor in Baran jail. At 4 p.m. on 11 aug they deactivate the sim no. +919828333268 nd after that I call the vodafone customer care nt what they said to me that U r nt using this sim since 2-3 months so they did that.
WTF. Even I am continuously recharging nd attending the call on this sim.
When I asked customer care to transfer my call to their superviser they said to me do that but they did not transfer my call to their superviser.
As my father receive important call on this no. He has to missed just coz of vodafone bad service.

Vodafone 3G data card (USB) connection never activated inspite of 5 visits to Vodafone Store...
I am using Vodafone in my home in u.p and 3 numbers in Delhi...
I bought a 3G data card plane worth RS.1950 (no. 9811329670) from Vodafone head store Lajpat Nagar ,while selling me out the connection the executive named Divya Sharma assured me that the connection will work within maximum 48 hours and I have sent an urgent request for you...
now it has been past 7*24--154 hours . no progress so far...
I have visited Vodafone's Lajpat Nagar Store 5 times so far...but in every visit they are giving me fake assurance that your connection will work by today's 12:00 midnight...and the behavior of those executives POOJA ,DIVYA SHARMA and their manager is the WORST part of it who even did came to visits me, who should be his priority as a victim customer, preffered to sit in his cabin and make me wait for more than an hour...
I believe then don't afraid of being escalated, as there is no escalation point for them..
What a GReat Service Provider !!!!!!!
because of this I have lost my repputation in office as I got escalations from client because of not doing their work within SLA timings. now who is the responsible for all these !!??? because before buying the connection I told the executive the nature of urgency of my work..
I am fade up with this Vodafone connections and decided to PORT to all my numbers & connections too +919811931941 ( being used almost 4years) , +919582786580(postpaid), and +919758370670(u.p,more than 6 years)..
and will let the same story others to know as well (all persons in my circle) that Vodafone did with me, ..
They don't value their customers....
Now in this scenario what is the escalation point for this..

Problem not resolved since 16 days no steps taken to register the complaints
I (Senthilvel - 9176620404) made a request for Talk plan change, since i got a very late reply from vodafone i mentioned then to cancel my request and even got a confirmation mail from one of the executive stating the request cancellation (mentioned below)

This is in response to your email dated 22-Jun-2012 regarding tariff change for your mobile numbers 9176620404.
We regret the inconvenience caused to you in this regard.
As per telephonic conversation had with you today, we had ignored the request to change the tariff plan.

Till Now i have writen to them for 3 times and havent got any call from vodafone to resolve this problem.
Got calls from relationship managers, i mentioned the problem to them but no use.
Every month i end up with a problem from vodafone and am getting disturbed a lot by this problem.
Plz suugest me how can i register a case against Vodafone for such a worst service.

Billing issues of Vodafone
As everybody have the same problem and this time these Vodafone people target me, I am the customer of Vodafone from last 10years and in these 10years I never ever used the internet of Vodafone that much, because I am production manager and I always care the laptop and data card with me, then why could I use high usage of internet from my phone.
This month I got the bill of around 11k for month July 2012 and August 2012, and when I asked customer care they every telling because of internet usage you got the this much of bill, you only tell me, why I use more internet on phone when I have laptop and datacard, if something unusual happened they should have give me a call that you are using internet more, I should have looked into my phone and resolve that issue if any, but nobody called me for this.
Can anyone please help me in this.

i m usin voda from last 3 years n one day by mistake i opned vodaphone games from this. rs 5 is daily cut frm balance..type the which they gave but always the said the keyword was incorrect..

I have a mobile no. 8813832032, i have no connection gprs etc. On mobile and i have no need but company giving me bill of internet usage, i have no applied for net connection in spite of this company giving bill............. That is wrong this is a fraud company and i request to every person please do not use this companies service.

mobile phone bill not updated by vodafone
My name is anand goyal i am using vodafone connection 98888-03522 since 10 month i am very frustrate from vodafone service i have deposited every month my bill but they have disconnected my services every month for non deposit bill payment and every time i am requesting to vodafone customer care that i have deposit my bill with this receipt no. And then my phone is work after update by me. This time also they are disconnected my service for non bill payment and i have deposited my bill 07.08.2012 so i cant every time talk to vodafone care for update my receipt no. Of bill payment. So please some take action against vodafone
