    Default Out going has not been activated last 10 days

    HI

    Every time am getting a call from Vodafone center saying that I need to submit the ID, Document proof again & again, I don’t know what is the logic behind this. But after submitting my document, am not at all getting any response from your team, but in your record you guys are specified that “Verification is done & Rejected”. To frankly speak am not at all getting any call from your team, without calling to customer how you guys are updating “Verification is done & Rejected?.

    I have visited Jayanagara 4th block shop twice in the last week & I have requested them to pls check with concern team & activate my outgoing call’s immediately as on priority, but Still it’s not yet sorted out.. One thing I could not able to why you guys are making fun with customer? Why Vodafone customer team is not ready to give good support to customers?

    You Vodafone people are pathetic and so your executives names are Mr Prateek illiterate, Ill mammered total nonsense he is... Have no respect for customers that how to speak with them. and other is Mr Rajinder not at interested in taking complaint call, laughing continuously over the call. You all are pathetic, i swear i regret why the hell i choose vodafone. This is nothng, from the day i switched over to vodafone from Idea, you guys keep deducting my balance for no reason WHAT THE HELL is this.. 1st one cannot get thru your customer care easily, one keep pressing options but we cant get thru you guys, & when we call your executive says its beacause of GPRS activation ok fine i agree on that too, but what you have to say on this people "WHEN EVER I SWITCH OFF OR ON MY PHONE MY BALANCE KEEP DEDUCTING 1.5RS EVERYTIME" Do you guys have answer for this. yesterday i did made any call or any text but for no reason you deducted my 25rs and then 10 aft 30 mins again... i keep ignoring all this thinking am donating you guys some money but now its high time.. I'll make sure that i drag you people to court for sure.. You guys are worst. Soon i'll disconnect and better switch over to AIRTEL they are FAR FAR FAR better then your lame asses.

    main apko batana chahta hun ki 7 ya 8 mahine pahle mane apna no aircel se port karwaker vodafone main kerwaya tha or apne sahi docoment diye the. But aj main apni kisi complain ki wajeh se mhipal pur vodafone care jaha mane apne docoment jama karywye the waha gaya tha to .. Mujhe pata chala ki main jo no. Use ker raha hun wo kisi or ki id per hai....iska matlab ye hai jo id mane di thi uski jageh kisi or ki id per mujhe no. Diya gaya ..or ye bhi sure hai ki unhone meri id per bhi kisi or ko no. Diya hoga....mane jaha per no. Port kerwaya tha wo vodafone care ka adress hai... Add..mahipalpur opp. Redlight chowk pls ya to jaldi se jaldi iska solution karwaye or jisne ye galti ki hai use punish kare kyunki ye galti choti nahi hai . Nahi to main police complaint kerne per majbur ho jaunga.jis no ki complaint hai wo mera no hai 8802753300....

    Angry Phone Connection Deactivated-9999882654

    Hi,

    I am using vodafone mobile phone service. My phone no. is 9999882654.
    Suddenly i find my vodafone no. has been deactivated for non-usage. I was never informed either on mail or phone that my phone connection was going to be deactivated.
    No such information was brought to my knowledge at the time of subsription.
    I would like to use this phone no. and therefore would like to ask you to reinstate my connection.
    I also want to register a complaint that you in future should not disconnect a phone connection without prior intimation.
    I also want to complaint against your vodfone care executives (one told his name as ranjit, date 16Aug, 10:55 am to 11:05 am call and other I dont remember, 16Aug, called between 4 and 5 pm) who I approached on no. "98110 98110" They were rude and hung up on me.

    Default Fraudulent billing by vodafone.

    sir,we wish to discontinue with the following ten numbers of vodafone which we are using since 2010.
    We were under talk arp 700 advance rental plan whoose tenure expired in july 2012.
    Without prior consent you have been charging rs 700 per month as minimum monthly charges which are not at all acceptable as compared to earlier rs 700 advance rental for two years.
    Theres is a breach of trust by vodafone to us by fraudulantly charging us with this amount.
    We feel the amount is fraudulently charged in our account because on repeated calls to your customer care we were not told the exact situation.
    I tried to contact all customer care and corporate care executive mr ravi kant who just told me to visit nearest vodafone store for help.
    I have made written request on companys letter head to the store for immediate cancellation of the numbers and refund of about 15000/- rupees which have been submitted till this was not clear.
    The amount of rs 1400 plus late payment plus service tax i.e almost 1500 per nos for ten numbers i.e rs 15000/-.
    Once again request you to look into the matter.
    Already made several complaints in this regard.
    My token number was 362 dated 1/9/2012.

    Default Wrong charges for GPRS usage

    Hello ,

    After repetitive mail regarding the issue for 8586054455 , i am not getting any answer from Vodafone .

    Please clarify the below points

    1) I have got message for data usage 1790 MB only on 2nd Sep 2012 9.09 PM .
    2) As per bill the data usage have been crossed 2GB (2048 MB) from 24th Aug .
    3) How it is possible that after 8 Days (from 24th Aug to 2nd Sep) , the data usage is not reflected on 2nd Sep message information.

    I feel that the usage charges totally baseless.

    I need answer of the above raised question , please cooperate.

    Default Abusive Language used by Vodafone Customer Care - 9711293880

    I am complaining to Vodafone since 30/09/2012, but there is no response from their side. I have even report my problem to the nodal office through mail as well as call, but they don't even bother to reply back to their so - called "VALUABLE CUSTOMERS"
    How can they say "HAPPY TO HELP" when the complaints of customers remain pending for more than 15 days.
    Their customer care person has used abusive language and still they are not doing anything.
