Hi, I am Santhosh. I took a vodafone postpaid sim card connection in bangalore (8884266628). I was paying the bills every month before due date.
I was in roaming from 12th jan 2012 till 21st april 2012.
Because of that i was unable to pay the january 2012 month bill on time. Then i got a call from vodafone and i asked them whether i can pay from Hyderabad. They informed that i can pay from anywhere. and i paid the bill on 21st feb 2012 (my bill due date is 19th of every month).
later on feb 2012 bill is been generated which i am supposed to pay it before 19th march 2012. but on 17th or 18th march 2012, with out any intimation or further notice the sim cards registration got failed. hence i stopped the payment.
So, regarding the payment i am getting email legal notices from vodafone legal dept. i responded them to let me know the reason and who is responsible for the loss which i had incurred for such sudden action. There was no response for the email which i sent. I called up the concerned person on his number but still no response.
Again on 7th may 2012 i got an email legal notice and i called them on the number provided (Mr.Rao itseems) to explain what has happened.
Mr. Rao is so rude and he is not even have the patience to understand what the customer is saying and just kept on saying what he felt and in addition to this he is asking me to mind my language when i asked him is it a postpaid or prepaid connection.
This is the way vodafone is training their employees and this is the way they are doing business.
Now my question is how a mobile numbers registration gets failed without any intimation or notice??? And who is going to pay me for the losses i incurred for this??

What the hell is happening is with vodafone???
No one tries to listen what i am saying and just speaks what they know..
I spoked to almost 4 persons till now. and no one is ready to listen what customer is saying.
they just speak what they know. and they speak in such a way that they just want the payment...
If you people are genuine.. why you didnt send me the bill for the month of april 2012???
Do u think the customer has to listen to what all your people say???
Person who knows the difference between sim card registration failed, suspension & barring only call me.
Else dont call and disturb my work. I am not going to pay the outstanding bill untill it is resolved.
