reliance india mobile is a fraud this is too inform yout that i had made a complain with them for my mobile
no 9307089233complain no is 10853567
which i was told would be solved within 5 days which they eventually failed
to do so
and they also blocked my costomer care number
anyways the contact to the nodal office was also of no help
my point here is that these idiots ask us to pay excess of 650 for night rel
to rel free
and 999 for 24 hrs free
anyone who gets these recharge done is busy saying hello and calling as the
call gets dissconnected whithin 1 min
they simply make a fool of the user
also the customer care people are rude enough to tell u that u can change
the company
what should i do?

I got a message from RP-56300111 where it has given that "Your subcription to CelFunPack service has been renewed on 2009/11/18 for Rs.30 for30days. Tounsubscribe SMS Unsub 1149 to 155223". However I have not been applied or askedthe RIMpeople oraly orelectronically for this facility. On theirown they activate like this and deduct the amount from out recharge amounts.Where it should made manatory for paying the extra facilities from the vouchers. By this type they are momopolies and at their will they activate any additional services of a poor customer like me. Please invetigate into it and givejustice to Indian people. Iam hopefull sir any step towards this may please be taken. So crores of Rupees of subscribed will be saved. The so called service is poor, even they are re4ponding to it. As you find it sir most of the customer facethe same problem. Please give directive to the Copany sothat they refund the amountto me and should take written permission before activating any services like this any more. Thank u Sir.

The company do the fraud & cheat us sir,
I use reliance india mobile since 4years.
but about 6 months i feel some problem,
without request they set caller tune or other pack...
and cut my balance amout.
when i complain costomer care they reeact very rudly.
Now My mobile (Outgoing & Incomming is Bar) is not working.
please responce

not able to reach customer care hi,
I picked up a post paid connection couple of months ago . First of all Reliance should be sued for setting wrong expectation. They claim that they are the number 1 network provider.
the signals are pathetic and calls keep getting dropped freequently. The network that reliance has is the worst among all the service providers.
I cannot keep my phone in the pocket. The network will not be available. this happens in my office which i have never experienced with any other service providers. I had complained regarding this to the customer care and they stated that they will fix it in a weeks time. Its been a month now.
From the day one i am not able to reach postpaid customer care. i can hear the Hold music for 45 mins and the call gets disconnected * To reach the customer care i have to call droad band customer service or prepaid customer care and ask them to transfer the call to post paid segment which they did 2 times for me by which i could complain about the network issue. after which they refused to transfer my calls to post paid and never get connected.
One day i begged the data card customer care to transfer my call to postpaid for the last time and they transfered**
I explained my situation to the representative and the question was " WHY YOU ARE CALLING CUSTOMER CARE EVERY DAY" i called in to say that i am not able to reach to a rep from customer care . He started arguing with me. I realised that arguing with a fool states that there are two. I font want to be the second fool.. i stopped arguing with him.
finally...
i had a terrible situation today.. my sister is in the hospital and my parents were calling me as there are out of the state. when they call some body else picks up the phone says something... keeps getting connected to different other numbers or they can listen to somebody's else conversation. this happened many of times.
Reliance is terrible.... these kind of companies ruin the indian market and rip off the consumers. Anil ambani himself may not be using Reliance ... he will loose his business if he uses it...
I hope no boby chooses Reliance anymore... please Dont...

Reliance Prepaid Deducting Money Unfairly Mine is a prepaid number
I got my phone recharged with 200/- Rs on 29-12-2009 on 30-12-2009 Rs180/- got deducted automatically from the Main Balance.
My first obvious reaction was to call the CUSTOMER CARE where after waiting for about 30-45 minutes i could connect to the customer care executive and lodged a complaint regarding the same on 30-12-2009.The complaint no is 116293692 as a result of which i simply got a message that it was resolved and no deduction has been found. I tried to call the customer care again but they clearly denied to help.
I then got the e-mail id of the NODAL OFFICER mailed him my grievance but his reply was that he could not provide any help for Prepaid numbers after 15 days ( where is it written that they are not going to solve any discrepancy after 15 days. even if that is the case i had lodged a complaint immediate next day).
Then, i went to the LOCAL RELIANCE OUTLET,there the representative said i can neither forward your complaint nor ican provide you any help regarding this.
Who is then going to help me tracing this out?

Reliance mobile is a problem I am using this service since 2 years but i am facing problem since 3-4 months as reliance automaitcally set the caller tune & deduct the charges from my mobile. When i talked with customer care the response was very rude. I am very unhappy by this type of problems.

i have submitted all my document twice Respected sir,
I here bring for your kind information that I have submitted all the document twice but yet the number is not registered
in my name the number is 9372979892 & they they send unwanted sms & activate unwanted packages automaticaly.
If i complain to customercare they take only the responciblity of diactivating but they do not take accountability refund
this is going on since last six month .I think in this case you will do me the needfull or i will have to send registered post with acknolegment
